Enjoyed the video and am inspired! My 610 died in the field yesterday (clutch out). The old girl has been a workhorse for me, but shes looking tough. Lots of wire holding things together. I'm thinking total rebuild. I really like the way yours turned out! Smiles say it all!
It was a lot of fun to strip this down to the frame and build it back up. I would be willing to bet there are plenty of hours left in that 610! Go for it!

Awesome video. I did a whole mod on my 3010 Trans also. Definitely looks good and is a good feeling knowing you do it yourself how you want it. I could send you pictures of mine. Some stuff that I found useful. On mine we use on the ranch and while hunting. Good job bud👍
perfect video! I got the camo mule 3010 with single line seat, and i love it! the problem is i am from argentina and cant find even filters for the service.. but i will come up with an idea soon, for now im installing a led light bar, greetings from south america
I paid 300 for a mule 600 I'm a licensed collision tech and you just inspired me to restore mine. I just need to get it off the trailer. It's been sitting on my trailer for 2 years 😢
You won't be disappointed. My only complaint I have with all the newer units is the plastic flloor boards. A properly angled wood stick can pierce right through them. In fact I think there was MFG recall on the Pro.

Thanks for the feedback! In a prior life I was an automotive technician. I learned from that plus my own projects. Keeping the entire family involved is so much easier with the mule. It is a workhorse for sure. I just ordered a power game loader for the front end. I will drop a video on that install once it happens.
Thanks! The "restoration" to tear down and get back to a camo mule that was factory functional was less than 4 months of time spent on the weekends. The upgrades, like the overhead console, I worked on through to the next hunting season. Was a really fun project.
The hood, grille, and seat covers I got from Kawasaki directly from a local dealer. The fenders were from one of the aftermarket parts warehouses, can't remember which one.
I am using the MOSTPLUS brand fuel from Amazon, (link in the description). It is mostly brass looking, one end is black plastic. I have had it for 5+ years now without issue. For less than 20 bucks, can't go wrong. My latest Mule video you see it still works! Same fuel pump.
Yeah, you are right, but this was a "budget" build of sorts. That would have taken that axle repair from $40 to $400 in parts. Sure would have made it easier though! 😂

Lucky and quick to drive out there! I’ve been hunting for one about a week after I got my RZR. I thought I’d be able to “work” with the RZR, yeah right!!! It’s great for blasting trails but I wanted something to throw the chainsaw and tools in and go up in the woods.
I have the same model but the non-trans version. One bench. I replaced the carb and set the valve timing and she runs like a champ. I have a golf cart roof rigged on top with some metal strapping. It get the job done but she looks like junk compared to yours. I'd love to know what paint you used on the frame. Did you spray it?
Thanks! Rattle canned the paint. After surface prep I used the rustoleum rust convertor and then the standard rustoleum matte finish black. There is a 4010 mule at the ranch that is a year newer then this restoration and my looks better regarding the paint.
Well all restorations/rebuilds cost money. I don't think that should be a surprise. Most of this was elbow grease and spray paint. The body plastics that were replaced were damaged and cheap enough to replace. All in all I am in this unit (not counting labor) for way cheaper then if I had bought it in the condition it is now.
