(Retake) Otis Elevator at LL Bean 

That's unfortunately a very common problem with older Otis elevators, more specifically the series 1 elevators. The phone button being right next to the door close button was and still is a very common problem with series 1 Otis elevators, it was just like this back at a nursing home my mom used to work at.

Whoops! I did the same thing once! Me an my friends ran like crazy!

The CALL FOR HELP button should be at the top of the control panel, not at the bottom because someone could kick it and babies could unintentionally press it.

You Pressed the emergency button on purpose

Next time you press the door close button and the phone is next to it, go slower, don’t press it so fast like lighting because you never know what happens next.

Very bad place for the call for help button.
