All acts should be performed after deliberating what is right and wrong. 3. The prime objective of new Society is to do well to the world, that is, to promote physical, spiritual and social good of everyone. 4. Our/Every one conduct towards all should be guided by love, righteousness and justice. 5. We should dispel ignorance and promote knowledge 6. No one should be content with promoting his/her good only; on the contrary, one should look for his/her good in promoting the good of all. 7. One should regard oneself under restriction to follow the rules of society calculated to promote the well-being of all, while in following the rules of individual welfare all should be free.

Awesome job, he did really to make it sound like capitalism is still the path forward while explaining the next iteration of governance we want. One day the world will be able to see what it means to be economically efficient on all fronts (resources, environment, etc.) without the fascism that comes from authority.

Well...the oil embargo was after the Arab-israeli war not after Iran-Iraq war!! and it was in early 70s not 80s...

Is he proposing that blockchain will be a solution to the problem of business cycles in capitalism? Business cycles happen because at some point investors lose trust that their investments will be profitable in the uncertain future. Will ensuring the transparency of bank transactions change this? Maybe banks would be forced to invest less recklessly being under more public scrutiny, but essentially we know what banks invest in already. And we don't seem to care a whole lot if banks are invested heavily in, using the fossil fuel industry and climate change as an example, unsustainable business that is destroying our planet, destabilising our food and water supply, flooding our homes, and causing/exacerbating geo-political tensions which could lead to future wars. As long as our money is safe we turn a blind eye. The fundamental problem is that a bank's condition of existence is one of trying to survive in a competitive market by trying any means of making profit. This results in control over money lending centralised in few hands and unsurprisingly those few hands exploit that power and gain for themselves at the expense of society. Changing this could be possible if banks are controlled by those they are supposedly providing a public service for. Us. That could ensure a condition of existence of being a public service accountable to all members of society, not just a private profit machine.

Could blockchain not enhance the efficiency and operation of totalitarian regimes that suppress capitalism and democracy? I’ll not go into a diatribe, but just think about why China, Russia and Iran would be so interested.
