HI Jeanette. I have seen videos where you still need to depletion guild the silver first (Rio and Cahill both D.G. their reticulation silver first). Did you do that first?

This sheet came already prepped. If yours isn't , you would depletion guild first. :)

Did you deplete the piece first? The grey color indicates that you still have a bit of copper on the surface.

This material is already depleted but thanks for the tip. :)

What are the links for buying the silver and brass brush? Please and thank you.

Hi Susan, Here is the link to the brass brush on my tools site www.jewelryartstools.com/product-page/brass-brush The silver isn't yet listed on the site, but if you email Tevel here www.jewelryartstools.com/contact You can just ask him to put together the brass brush, however much of the reticulation silver you want, and anything else you need and he can send it out all together and send you an invoice. :)

Great video! Have you ever done copper reticulation? Are there nuances to this?
@JewelryArts
@JewelryArts 2 года назад
It is quite dificult to melt copper, it has a high melting point when on it's own.If you had enough heat, you can melt it but i think it would be difficult to get a reticulated surface. :)

Hello, Are there any videos on how to melt the silver to form branches? Thanks!
@JewelryArts
@JewelryArts 2 года назад
Hmmm, I did a video on how to solder melted branches together but I don't think I have one on melting them. I will put it on the list. :)

@@JewelryArts Thank you so much for the speedy response! That would be great if you could tell me what gauge to use and how to make the branch-effect! I love your videos!

Confused. Did you depletion guild the reticulation silver before heating or just begin heating the reticulation silver?
@JewelryArts
@JewelryArts 2 года назад
This reticulation silver is made already depleted at the surface, so you can get right to it. When using regular sterling, you would heat and pickle repeatedly first. :)
