HI Jeanette. I have seen videos where you still need to depletion guild the silver first (Rio and Cahill both D.G. their reticulation silver first). Did you do that first?

It is quite dificult to melt copper, it has a high melting point when on it's own.If you had enough heat, you can melt it but i think it would be difficult to get a reticulated surface. :)

This reticulation silver is made already depleted at the surface, so you can get right to it. When using regular sterling, you would heat and pickle repeatedly first. :)
