hi Grusha, thank youfor sharing. I have used avene physiolift and it def has some sort of whitening agent! I saw teh difference on my skin almost within a week. After a few weeks my skin got terribly sensitive so I stopped using it. how did it work for you?
@@RubinaSkincare had the same experience with the physiolift and came back again to the trerinoin.04 microsphere gel.Dont know how to use the entire bottle of avene though.
Thanks for another power packed fact centered video Rubina! It was helpful like always. I went through at least 60% of your videos in a span of two three weeks and I can't tell you how much educated it made me on skincare. Believe me, I was totally clueless on any sort of skin care up until now except maybe for sunscreen. Recently I've noticed finelines on my face and that propelled me to get to the bottom of it. I was wondering if there is any side effects if we stop using retinol or any of the actives for that matter. I don't really want my skin to be depended on these chemicals. So I only use them occasionally. Also I've never seen you talking about plum. Personally it's a hit or miss brand for me. Some of their product worked well for me(loved the niacinamide and rice water) while others (like the much raved about plum green tea range) left my skin barrier compromised. Had to use biosilk to rescue it(purchased on your recommendation, thankyou..🥰)
:) no there are no side effects if you stop using retinol later. Plum...:) I have not looked at them as a serious skin care brand... its mass market more of the same and I find that boring given how some other brands are pushing the envelope and creating some great products. :)

I'm back again after watching the video How brilliantly you have explained and cleared out the doubts I can't even emphasize to you in words and thanks for making such an informative video. I think so you missed out the OLAY RETINOL 24 SERUM. I wish that you talked about it also I know that this brand also don't mention the percentage of Retinol. I am still left with one question Currently I AM USING OLAY RETINOL SERUM so how much time gap should I take to start using the deconstruct one because I don't want it to get expired???? Secondly which one should I choose over which 1 is the deconstruct better than the OLAY RETINOL SERUM
1 - you can start after a week. its not problem at all 2- deconstruct has higher strength than olay. I have covered olay retinol in one older video...its called olay retinols i think. thank you :) 💕
I didn't try CAP retinol till now...but I bought there vit c 20% and the vit c moisturizer....not at all impressed...aloe vera is more moisturizing than CAP...vit C has a weird smell and not effective... deconstruct and minimalist retinol both are good for beginners and am satisfied...I have decided not to invest a single penny on earth rhythm as pump is very small compared to the bottle and yesterday I opened the sunscreen bottle to pour and there I have seen some forign particle..maybe some microbial growth... moreover it has some very fine shimmer particles...so after using different brands I came to the conclusion minimalist is best for me in mid range and I have decideded to buy minimalist or deconstruct

It seem to be triple power packed. I have juSt bought it in their 50% year end sale. Do review it. Would love to hear ur thoughts on it.
thanks for sharing Jobana. I didnt pick it given its cost as also that topical collagen is considered suspect as the collagen molecule is too large to get absobed into the skin...so a lot of the hydration comes from HA. I didnt think the cost justifies the ingredients. on a sale though its great :)

@@RubinaSkincare one doubt i have please clarify.I wasn't usikg annything in my skin for almost 4-5 years apart from aloevera gel and my sking was OK but no pimples no mark no dry patches from this year August I started following skincare have used simple/nosoap cleanser ,simple /moskina moisturiser and derma co / Earth rhtym sunscreen.Apart from this I use minimalist retinol and deconstruct aha/bha once a week. Changes in my skin - literally nothing much a little bit of more hydration I see but regular pimples (1-3 small one new every week and than they leave mark ,my nose has sebum which comes out when I press it a little not sure if it's sebum or whiteheads but it was their before the skincare I started. So what's my gain after using multiple products and what's the benefite ,shall I go back to my older routine where I wasn't using anything

I think you absolutely can. I'm 26 years old and I started using the Deconstruct Retinol and Peptide serum for almost 2 months now and I absolutely love it. Do note that I am a beginner when it comes to Retinol..hope it helps :)

I remember Rubina advised against combining different types of retinols in one of her videos. Tretinoin is very powerful, no need to supplement it with retinol. Look for a different product which has peptides without retinol.
