Retired contractual teacher struggles to make ends meet/ Tibetan Youtuber 

I’m from France and I used to be his student In dekyling and it really hurts me too see him like that😔 , he really don’t deserve it . I’m definitely going to give donation and he was a very kind and generous teacher. May God bless him always.

In this situation v Tibetans should come forward to help him for his children.. For someone who has served our community for the past 27 years. Greatly appreciate his work. He truly needs our support.

He was my teacher back then, when I was in Paonta school . It breaks my heart so see my teacher in such situation. He is such a humble man. He deserves much better. Please him out as much as you can .

This is the only reason retaining the staffs in Tibetan community is highly critical. We as community must at least have sense of thankful for their services during their prime of youth. Therefore, we must contribute our little ways. Folks please all come together. If this the situation of Tibetan teacher. Then soon we will not get teachers. So come together for rescue.

He may be Negi but by soul he is Tibetan as he got overloaded Tibetan knowledge.... Sad to see at the age of getting some rest he is still struggling to work... I knew contract staffs have different facilities then permanent staff but hope CTA will help little in someway if can't in big as he had served 27 dame years... Besides all Tibetan will definitely help little by little👍

I would request those Monastic around Bylauppe area Initiate support those in need. I hope our Monastery’s don’t end up like European church’s ⛪️ rich. They should support Tibetans and other people in areas.

This is the reality of Tibetan teachers and their unspoken issues. Because everyone's job is dear to them. So no one will dare to speak up and this results in teacher coming to Tea stall. Time to improve the teachers welfare. What can we expect from the students when the teachers are in such a pity situation. I am sorry to all the teachers. I am not saying anything bad about you. Salary of CST school sweeper was higher than those of our schools teachers. What is going wrong with our schools. We need to reform and review the present situation of teachers. My comments is intended for positive changes and not to hurt anyone's sentiment. We need to make changes where and when required, to make things better. My intention is positive and how you perceive is out of my control. I have also taken care of use of my words in comment section. Please do some through studies and you will find what I am saying. Spread love, brotherhood and equality.

Hi genla, today u done a brilliant work. Me & my friend used to visit his stall to have tea n aloo porantha to support him. When i heard that, teacher's conidition are like that then tommorrow, no students will be desire to become teacher in their life. So, we all must support him & contribute something in his service to our community!!!

Teachers in tibetan community has very less payment and after retired they got small amount of pension. This pension does not help them much. Since they have family to look after. I wish the salary of teachers should increase so that they could live happily after retired .
