M/V concept info dump: Lee Know thinks of the monsters as kinda representing Stage Fright. So like the embodiment of Anxiety. The whole video is about the war of emotions going on inside the children's minds. Like how you can see the 4 emotions over their heads through out the video in the Chinese characters (怒 anger, 喜 joy, 哀 sadness, and 樂 pleasure) and as each emotion is overcome they fade away with pleasure being the one that wins out in the end. Each "version" of SKZ can be seen the same way: Mad Max style characters being pleasure since the whole play on words with rock star and the Chinese character being used, Clowns being chaotic/blissful joy, the white room being sadness, and maybe the pirates are anger? I believe since anger dissolved with bubbles like the pirates have. could have them mixed up somewhere though. hahah. I get so emotional at the ending scene cause the stance gives the ending of 143 with the I Love You hand sign vibes. and if you think of the children on stage as past SKZ(which is what SKZ themselves assumed when they reacted to the video) then its like them telling their past selves that they love them. which i know could totally be a stretch and i may be a little delulu for it cos i never understand SKZ lore anyway lmao. but the thought of this whole song/album being a bit cathartic for them is such an emotional feeling. 😭 also, i'm a hardcore bangchan bias with a lee know wrecker but SEUNGMIN IS TRYING TO COME FOR BOTH SPOTS THIS COMEBACK. They honestly all are. SKZ bias who? we don't know her. its time to give up and just be OT8 biased. which is fine. they're all so amazing. i'm willing to wave my white flag. lmao

You're the only reactor I've seen who also saw God's Dududu in that scene, nobody else mentioned it, but that was my first thought of that scene too. There's also a scene from Side Effects where Seungmin does his first centre moment, keep your eyes on the background members and dancers, very reminiscent of SE. The bus is now District 325 (debut date) and the ending pose is Case 134, like they're saying I love you to their younger selves, the 8 little kids with big dreams and big fears. Such a good song and MV.

I the symbolism of the bus was district 9 since was debut song but also it says district 325 (325 =March 25th) debut added with the debut song, so genius!

Han and Changbin have always been bias wreckers but have really stepped up in a new way lately. I agree about echoes of past choreo, it kind of brought home signature SKZ while this also felt like a fresh expression of their music. This video is so creative and shot beautifully. I love how the bubbles show they are undersea - the editors are all crazy in a good way. The Music Bank performance was also really good. Han especially seemed to have the best. time. ever. From the pirate angle, I am charmed and amused by Felix's LV coat lining and Lee Know's Gucci pants. They look fantastic but still.... 10 out of 10 for high seas high fashion.

The giants representing the stage fear are also showing up and disappearing(melting into the air) Finally, pure pleasure(樂) are left and celebrating their victory over other emotion teams and stage fear giants All these things happen in kids' minds during their performance and finally pure pleasure and happiness take all places and the kids can fully enjoy their own performance and their own music and when they finish their performance, they got huge applause from the audience Here, the kids could be just kids who get inspired by SKZ and their music or the 8 kids could be SKZ since SKZ are stray KIDS. This SKZ comeback is killing me and I'm here for it, as one of my wreckers aka Han ( I tried to keep him on a tight leash but he broke from it lol) has joined my other two biases Felix and Hyunjin (now i have 3) and my wreckers wrecker Lee Know has joined Changbin as a wrecker. I am in love with the pirate\purge theme throughout the MV as its more like they are trying to show people no matter what they wont change as they give people like me hope that we can just be who we are. the lyrics are also amazing as ever as I had ever since the teaser, lalalala la lalalala stuck in my head when I wake up and wen I go to sleep. The beat is also super catchy as its a beat that's the type to get you hyped up and ready for anything. On a side note i love Han wearing the clown mask as I could tell it was him just by looking at his eyes. also I just wanted to say i love the choreo and learning it myself and i also love the rapping and vocals in the song aswell. also i love the rock sound as if it wasnt for kpop i wouldnt be into rock type music at all and talking bout the music i love the drums and the guitars also i love how chaotic but natural it all looks.

I feel like your reactions mirror my own when I first watched this. Took me looking through comments and watching SKZ's reaction to the video to get the gist of what is going on. BlairNPC I think is right on the money with this. SKZ are like the kids internal struggle with stage firght and performance anexity. The chinese characters slowly disappear leaving only pleasure at the end which if I and not incorrect is the character used in the album title. One cool thing I notices is when we see the big monster boys, the kids closing their eyes and focusing on performing makes those monsters disappear. I love that they took so many chaotic concepts and turned them into something coheasive and relatable. I swear if we get a drop for the Megaverse MV I may not survive. This MV was amazing!
