dear sir in last ques profit on revaluation will be 70000 as it is said in adjustment 3 that mohit has promised to pay 7000 but he has not yet paid so there will be no entry of adjustment 3 thank you for your efforts😃

Sir in your last ques there is a problem in your solution actually the debtors I'd only promised to pay but actually not transcation occurs that's why we can't considered it in revaluation
If actual transaction will happen then cash account will be debited here no such transactions took place. The debtor whom we had written off as bad debt but now we are rewriting it.
19:20 sir didn't mistakenly recorded it, but that's how we supposed to do entry if someone had promised to pay then debtor and if someone paid then bad debts recovered dr To revaluation a/c

I think revaluation me cr side 7000 and 7000 debtors me add nhi honge only 400000 ka prov. bnega..aur 7000 b/s me bank me add hoga as we received cash..
Sir in my book, it is given that bad debts recovered won't be recorded bcz it was just a promise and no actual cash flow has taken place that's why it's not a monetary transaction. (in the question about Leena Madan Naresh)
Sir in the last sum in the adjustments point no 3 we do not credit the debtors amount which is 7000 in the revaluation Ac that point will have no effect in the solution. I have made the balance sheet and my balance sheet matched when i have taken no effect of that 3rd point in the solution. Could you please check and confirm that am i right.
In the last question...why are we not taking investments to revaluation account?? When madan took over half of investment...it reduced right so why is it not shown in revaluation account??🥲🥲
