Just finished these models recently, don't typically see FNaF in this kinda style so it was fun to just play with the shapes. They're also mostly based off their movie designs! You can download them here! skfb.ly/oOPYz
I'm super glad people like these models! Wasn't expecting them to take off as they did but I appreciate it :> I am working on more characters from the other games too, @VibaPop on Twitter!
Please do!! I haven’t been on vr to recently to tell you, but my online friends have been wearing those models recentely(someone imported the models into VRChat if you know the vr game). And they look amazing!! Can’t wait start wearing them- If you make anymore more please do post again, don’t stress tho :b
The fact that they’re so angular really helps to sell the 2D effect. Edit: Just noticed that the models look less hollow (except Foxy) which also makes them look like they’re drawn. Very cool strategy.
@@Aspire2669 Hey buddy, it's quite simple :D If you know how to make materials, you can make a completely black emission material, make sure to turn off back face culling in material properties. Then go into modifiers and add a Solidify modifier to the model, invert its normals and use the black material. Now you'll have a black outline and filled inside to your models that give it the 2d vibe
@@TheCoverty Don't forget the modifiers! The creator used a black emission material with back face culling in order to produce the beautifully angular 3D line-art
I adore these models! I'm not asking for a response, but I'm curious: How long did it take to make these guys? Who was the most challenging to model? What was the most difficult thing in the entire process? idk, man, I'm a fan of these designs, props to you!
Thank you! These models were actually pretty speedy for me to make, I made Freddy in like a day or two, and thought I'd make the other characters at some point, which each took a day each. Foxy and William took a bit longer considering how much more is going on with them, by like a day or two, but overall these kinds of models don't take long, as they're more low poly and I can just play around with fun shapes. Freddy was only made because of a drawing I did, and wanted to base it off of that piece. I'm glad you like the models!
@@VibaPop the textures aren't working correctly for me, some of the textures apply but the rest goes to a purple colour do you know to fix this? I've tried the find missing files and it didn't work.
Someone already did! They made a animation using these models for a song called terrible things, the original has its own animation for it but someone used these models for their own version
@@_CalamityVR exactly what i wanted to say. when i saw that vid of the models (the one were on rn) on my recommended i was like "oh thats where they got the cool models from!!"
An amazing job, they look absolutely fantastic! Especially William. Would love to see some other game models in this style. Keep up the good work, my friend!
I really love this stylized version of the gang. Am also loving the fact we are getting more of these types of models that follow a 2D to 3D model looking formula. Much like the Helpi Model not too long ago
Usually I don't sell models that I can make kinda quickly, or if it's older ones I've had sitting around for a while, and sometimes it's kinda whenever I feel lol, there's a few for sale on Sketchfab whilst others are free
Bruh, even as a non-FNAF gamer, I have to commend the art style. It feels like something that could feature in a Spider-Man into the multiverse style movie. Nicely done.😁
This are one of the best models I have ever seen. Reminds me of Spider-verse/Arcane artstyle, they are just so pleasing to look at, maybe it's the colors or the angular shapes, but damn
Seeing how the mouth can look both as a frown and a smile depending on the type of eyes used is an amazing detail! Not to mention how I just love the whole stylization in general! Excellent work!
WOAH yO the styling goes hard on these i love how you depicted them. Im obsessed with "2D rendering of 3D models" and you really captured that, nice work
i love stuff like this!! they're very on-model in terms of proportions but still have your own flair added to them! i especially like Afton's face, and the choice to make him purple. very cool :)
I love how the characters look, amazing job to you @VibaPop. I was thinking to myself, these characters would be great for a different look of a FNAF video game.
good job! i like how it adds a cartoony aspect to the models while still keeping the robotic design to the characters, i'd give it a 8.5/10 if i were rating this
This is so fantastic! Alot of the time you'll see stylized fnaf models that aren't actually stylized at all, they're just intentionally innacurate models, these are ACTUALLY stylized to a specific style!
