Nice to see Yoshi getting made whole again , I haven't lived in the uk for 20 years And didn't even know HMV existed anymore, Certainly looks a lot different from when I used to shop there , You're right Dungeons & Dragons was a great family Action adventure movie And I always play as the elf in gauntlet
Nice pick ups mate, the Universal Studios game was covered by AVGN in one of his videos. In a nutshell you play a kid picking up rubbish to buy a hat and go on the rides - it is a bit of an acquired taste tbh.
@@OGDuffy Hmm rings a bell the name, Vast of family live on Greenside near the park on the green. My last name is Rivers. Also have family in Woodchurch and Bethersden.
Hey OG how are you doing mate? Great video as always mate cant beat a good CEX hunt Yoshi is feeling more better and more tough its nice to see a look around a different shop Build A Bear a change very disappointing for the charity shop no games at all cant win all the time that's very weird that they put a Nintendo Switch OLED special edition in a basket in the shop window someone will buy that for sure as its the newest Nintendo Switch out there im thinking that universal studios game for the GameCube was sold at universal studios theme parks around the world e.g. America it might be a limited edition due to that kid of rare hope this helps for that my favourite Call Of Duty game is Black Ops 3 specially the nuketown map as its still a great game today as always very good pick ups today great titles you certainly enjoyed that pint in the pub and that can of beer you also had keep up the great content as always OG there so entertaining and professional hope your having a good day so far OG 👍
Hi Frosty, lovely weather here this weekend so spent time in the garden and sorting games room. Will shoot some vids this afternoon and then a few beers 😉 Always good seeing the different items in CEX I try to put a good amount of editing in etc so my game hunt vids stand out against the rest as like to be a bit different. Always enjoy watching other tubers game hunting vids too 😉
Evil dead a fistful of boomstick was a brilliant game back in the day, and army of darkness is a great film! Those resistance games are a great pick up OG they are a ps3 exclusive and very good games , if I’m ever in CeX I will pick up all the copies of resistance as 1 and 2 as are only a quid and will be great for future trades! As they say buy low sell high! OG I would pick up all the double packs and triple pack games there quite a few of them on the ps3 worth getting now! I’m on the staropramen beer tonight! All the best to you bruva!
@@Dynastone I’ve got about 20 resistance 1/2 and about 7 resistance 3 as certain copies came with a free dvd inside! Nows the time to buy for ps3 especially those sort of games,
@@Collect-Retro Zamn thats some commitment although idk if resistance will go up much as it’s really common. I tried with trauma Wii games and it did go up a bit but not by much.
@@Dynastone I done the same with little big planet I bought a load at a quid when I saw them in CeX, they now sell for £2 each in CeX , eventually they will go up , I’m not saying fortunes but I’ve doubled my money already, and as I say they will be great to trade in later down the line for other stuff I want, from CeX credit etc , especially as they are exclusives ! can’t even buy a costa coffee for £2
@@Collect-Retro fair enough. Although idk how you’d get £2 with trading in to cex or eBay postage costs My dad would probably kill me if I stock up on more games, he already wants me to clear out my collection as it’s gotten too big 😂
Picked up boxes OG Xbox mint from northwich CEX for a 100 with call of duty big red one and I picked up Zelda winemaker for wii u finally was well pleased.
I managed to do some not so retro game hunting in my hometown and Canterbury the past 2 days. Hello neighbour on the ps4 for 4 quid from my local Sally army. Resonably priced compared to cex used prices. And earlier today I picked up a Korean version of dragon quest builders (same console) for a 5er from level up gaming. I was today years old when I learned my little ps4 was region free lol and there's an English option on the disc so I have no issues purchasing foreign games when they'll run in my native language. Bugger all that set my world on fire in cex. But I did pick up detective pikachu bluray and "le hobbit" steelbook bluray boxset from a chazza shop in Dymchurch. I haven't checked whether "le hobbit" has an English dub on the discs lol. Its a punt. I was also yesterday years old when I learned the funfair in Dymchurch isn't open on weekdays. That'll teach my son for demanding to go 🤣
@Dynastone I'm in there most days and didn't see any others. Last time I checked they still had Jimmy whites whirlwind snooker on megadrive. But that's comparable to its used rrp anyway. I can double my money on voucher for hello neighbour
@Dynastone yep it's hide and seek. you've forced me to scan it lol. Its an 8 quid game in cex. It's not quite worth the trade-in. (I'll get an extra quid), but it's not a "bugger" purchase. I did pick up an as new in box pinpointer (metal detecting thingy) from cats protection in hythe on the way back from Dymchurch though for 3 quid. What games did you pick up in Sally army? My best was pikmin 2 on wii for 50p. a few years back
@@steammachine3061 Zamn that’s a decent price on pikmin. It was mainly Lego games they had. Also found red dead and metal slug in other Folkestone shops too that day.
