Kind of a good video 😊 I have the same exact saw and I wanted to really see how to disassemble and reassemble it but that was pretty much in high speed. So I guess I'll have to figure out how to watch it in slow motion.
Husky 40 / 45 are all interchangeable with the Jonsered 2040 / 2045 models exact same saws just the pull starter housing was more slimline on the red ones
It's a very strange model, white sticker, yellow top and no air injection? A haven't see a 40 like this. Coolest engine family , what you can put in Husqvarna, Jonsered, Partner saws and also in their trimmer versions. 👍

Hi, thanks for the video. I've just purchased a new Oleo-Mac BCH400T two stroke Brush cuter along with 5 litres of Aspen 2 fuel. The manual for the cutter says that if Alkylate fuel is used then the engine needs what it calls the "H jet" adjusting by a licensed service dealer to avoid critical issues. What do you think the " critical issues" could be?? Will it run faster on Aspen or maybe slower?? Hotter or colder, will she sky fall in, or is it some emission problem? I've been told by the selling agent that there is no problem using Aspen2 but why put a warning in the manual if there's not some grain of truth in the issue? I'd appreciate your feed back, but if you really don't know please just say, "I don't know" and that's fine. So far folks just give me their opinion without actually knowing what they are talking about. Kind regards . . . Andy
