This scooter looks EXACTLY like the Allwyn Pushpak scooter my dad got me in 1976. The cost of a new Allwyn Pushpak...Rs 6700.!!!! These had solex carburetors. Also a peculiar exhaust sound which made buffaloes on the road chase the scooter !! I drove it for years.
Would have definitely worked if the pricing was max upto 1.8 lakhs on road. For almost double of that not even the people who can afford it will burn money behind it

If you are worried about dust then you can simply use a mat to avoid dust but yes I totally agree by your point of view that fuel tank location must be somewhere else.
Scooters aren't meant to have high CC. They have small tyres and they aren't safe at high speeds. Scooter itself a dangerous vehicle and with high CC can be too risky. At 3 and half lks we can get RE 650CC bikes. Good luck for them.
@@hanantv8596 I did ride high CC bikes on Highways and 150 cc scooters in India. I have good knowledge about our country roads and it's standards. Companies makes scooters for different countries and they try it out in different countries. I not advising anyone I am just sharing my experiences. If you have firm knowledge then please just enlighten us.
I really wonder why the scooter industry is producing the same old stuff?. The old Lambretta, Vijay Super, the same Vespa all want high price with no improvement in the concept.
What would make someone buy a scooter of less than 300cc displacement at such a price over a motorcycle? This will either run out of production or at least they will discontinue sales in India due to its exorbitant price.
Some Indian start up has successfully finished first prototype for retrofitted hybrid vehicles that runs on petrol as well as electric 💡 And on mass production it will cost 120,000/- and the best part is it can be subscribed from government approved app on monthly charges of 3000/- per month and comes with solar charger as well with additional battery
