In this video I show you around a small part of my retro phone collection. Did you have a Nokia 3210 or a 5110? Remember the Motorola Startac?
FOR FUN: There's a few mistakes in this video, can you spot them? Comment if you can! Answers below.
Rather than edit out some of the mistakes in this video, we figured it would be fun to see how many people can spot them! How many do you remember, where were you when you used them and what do you think about phones now?
ANSWERS TO MISTAKES:
The Nokia 500 wasn't one of the first to have interchangeable covers, it was one of the last. The Nokia 5110 / 402 was one of the first. The Nokia 3210, 3310 and others all had changeable cases.
Not really a mistake but Snake was of course also available on the 5110, which was the predecessor to the 3210. The 3310 was indeed the first phone to have Snake II in 2000.
The K750i was one of the first to have an IN BUILT camera - the T68i was one of the first to have a camera, which was external. I've got 2 of these but didn't show them in this video.
iPhone shown as a 4S is actually a 5S, which was the first iPhone to have a fingerprint scanner. Although the 4S was a similar body and chassis.
One2One was bought by T-Mobile, not O2.
Enjoy!
