Return of the Living Dead: Necropolis (2006) Carnage Count 

When the franchise went full on syfy channel....

Not gonna lie the acting in this lol is something I didn’t expect 😂

This one and part 5 actually were made for TV. They were filmed back to back and released on the same night on the Syfy channel (then known as the Sci Fi Channel). I found them online when I was in high school a few years ago, and I'll admit: I've always kind of liked them. The humor works for me, and despite some questionable acting choices and the obvious Resident Evil ripoffs, I just can't help but really like this movie. And I really like the three leads of Julian, Cody, and Becky (especially Becky since she kicks a lot of ass). Surprisingly, though, the writers of these last two actually wanted to do something that continued the story from the first three, and even wanted a cameo from a character from the first movie. But the producers and production company told them to do these, instead. I like these movies, but I still kind of wonder what the original idea could have been like.

It has been awhile since I have seen some of your videos but I am glad to see the content is still coming strong, Carnage. BTW, the death with the guard in the phone call always made me chuckle. 2:05

Man don't you love it when the previously unkillable zombies can now go down with simple body shots and the humor & acting is on-par with a live-action Nickelodeon movie........

I just keep thinking in the next movie Julian when he sees a zombie he looks like he saw a family member naked 😂

I really enjoy this movie and Rave to the Grave. Are they stupid?…yes absolutely but they are stupid fun.

Friend gets into accident, gets stolen from the hospital to be used as a test subject, friends go out to rescue him, unleash the zombies, original friend they came to rescue eventually dies, and thus they lost more friends and unleashed the zombies for nothing.

The police want a rematch since the first movie of the series and ended up winning

Some fun gore but damn, the zombies are total chumps in this movie. Practically half of them went down without headshots!

Yeah, these ones are rough compared to the first three. I think the best part of these is the part where the Tarman hitchhikes lol, I forget which one of the two it was in. It's a shame there hasn't been an attempt at a new RotLD tbh, it wouldn't be hard to do better than these two.
