Even tho Rama has a very straightforward kit with nothing special it always feels nice to watch a gameplay, it's like an old cod sniper gameplay lol

IMO +5 phys prots and -75 health for sigil isn't that bad, assuming you are laning against a physical. The math examples are a bit tedious to read, but suffice to say that the health is a bigger increase to your relative tankiness in the short term. But even then, it's a difference of only 5% or so. However, the benefit of max health is just gone once you start taking damage and sustaining back up. Meanwhile, prots allow you to continously use your health more efficiently. Just 2 minutes of base hp5 and 3 health pots more than doubles your effective health pool early game, and at that point the prots catch up in effectiveness.
