So glad I found your channel.... I am a 78 yr. old woman who lives pretty much like this for 2 months each year since 1972. I go to our cabin in Ontario & have spent most of that time w/ my husband & kids. Only one of those kids comes now & the hubby has gone to his reward but I just can't seem to give it up. My dog used to come with us and last May she went too. She was 20 yrs old. I miss them all & am so grateful to have good health & the ability to stay there for a couple of months a year. I don't have a lot of the more modern things you have & I have to walk in a half mile. I wouldn't have it any other way. You are an inspiration & so kind to share this place with the public. Is there an outhouse like at my place. I had to move mine a few years back & rebuild it because it was full of carpenter ants. Digging the hole was a chore for sure. It is my sweet summer get away & its my "recharge station". Happy camping.
I've been a builder for many years and have seen quite a fair bit of sheds. The plans in ryan's package ru-vid.comUgkxB7IXYxLzb_Ichhe45zM3Im5xfEiSp9vB have some of the nicest looking sheds i've seen in a while.
Cory, "Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." Psalm 37:4 KJV I have found in life that often when a door seems to have closed God will either make a way or another door will open. Often He has provided me with much more than I prayed for or imagined. Stay strong in the word of God and He will carry you through. God bless you and best wishes. John here, from the back-roads of Northeastern Tennessee.
My grandfather had a cabin in the mountains with a spring that never went dry. He ran a line from the spring to a gravel road and had it emptying into an old claw foot tub so that anyone wanting good fresh spring water could stop and fill their containers, that happened several times every day! Some of the people lived miles away but drove to get his spring water claiming it was the best they ever tasted. I have to agree it was amazingly good and a blessing to all.
Had the same thing on Rt 25 in Vermont. Going to my Sisters Ex s place in Orange there was a pipe sticking out on the road side that flowed into a pipe too. We would get our spring water there.
Great video. Looks like Gracie did well at mail call 👍. I thought you had a zip line set up across the river...lol...that'd be cool. hey thanks for the shout back - much appreciated - and the thought for the rack man - wow! It's just about the size of the one I lost too! haha. I plan to get up your way this summer, if I do, I'll shoot you a msg first. My summer is crazy though so it someone else wants it that's ok. It's the the thought that's appreciated. Looking forward to your future videos and have a great summer with Gracie.
So glad the goggles suit Gracie the Dog. Started watching the channel during the cabin series and then watched some of your older stuff. Saw she was suffering from the snow glare and needed some sunglasses. Hope the RexSpecs work out. Got the pink, thought it would look nice on her black coat…and they were on sale, heh.
I’ve been waatching The Outsider for acoupleof years at least and your not wrong on the craftmanship. All round really nice guy. That tribute was beautiful.
I just found out that you took care of my friends' lawn..thank you so much for doing that. You now have a new fan! Also, Gracie is adorable and has made me say, "awww!" More than once! Loved when you were trying to get her in the door to go under the hammock!
Loved the gentle unfolding of this video and to hear of your future plans. I also love the gentle way you practice your faith including the simple giving of thanks for meals. I was also touched by your tribute to The Outsider whom I also follow and whom I also admire for his evident but lived-out faith. God bless you as you continue to find work for your hands to do and to honour God in the way you live.
Howdy Cory- so good to see you again. You are living the life hanging out at the cabin. Gracie came out really good with the mail call. It would be fun hanging out with you up there , if you didn’t mind having an old codger around haha. It’s so good to see a young man with your faith. Don’t ever change. God bless and keep you
My old computer died and I lost several people that I watched and you were one of them. I am so glad that you popped up today so that I can begin to follow you again. God is good.
The gifts you and Gracie received were perfect. It shows the genuineness of your channel and the sincerity of your followers. It's one of the many qualities that draw me to watch and anticipate your videos. Looking forward to a Summer of Cory and Gracie 🔨📸🏕🦌🐕🚶♂️🌲🌲
Thanks for taking me on this trip. When I started watching I thought no way I can go the entire over 1 hour watch, next thing I know I can't quit watching. So glad I did. Im 75 years old and wish I would had done something like this in my life. Too late now but I enjoyed doing it with you now. enjoy while you can, its goes by faster than you think. Thanks
Hey there, young feller:)! My husband and I just caught your channel this morning. We like it and will pray for you and Gracie(sp)? It’s interesting how God has taken what looked like negative situations and got you to where you are. Keep your integrity and keep trusting our Lord. We look forward to watching Him bless you!
How is Gracie doing? How have her wounds healed? She looks really good. Glad to hear you have job prospects lined up. I hope the new project starts soon. Glad you are doing well and that you got some treats and food for Gracie and for you too. Stay safe this summer! Can’t wait to see your next video series!
When I bring my dogs out in the woods off leash, I put bells on them. I'm glad to see u are doing the same for Gracie :) I enjoy all your videos. Keep them coming :)
The two times I hiked in bear country I wore a bear bell. I still keep on on my pack out of habit. I sat at a table with two hikers at Harrahs Tahoe. They had just had a close call with a bear. Funny bear story. Two hikers turn a blind corner and surprise a moma bear. It's about 50 yards away but it starts coming at them. One guy dumps his pack so he can run. The other says you can't outrun a bear. He responded I don't have to I just need to outrun you. What are friends for lol.
Canadian here. Really enjoy your channel and content. Can confirm, that the Canadian made Agawa Canyon folding saw is a quality first rate product. Been using mine for over two years, never leave home without it, when I head to the bush! So good to hear you mention the Outsider channels tribute video to his Dad. 🇨🇦
Hiya TMW Cory and Gracie 👋. Thanks for another awesome video Cory 👍🏻👍🏻. The cabin looks great and wonderful to hear people are enjoying it. Kudos to all the beautiful people sending gifts. Bless you Cory for mentioning The Outsider Channel, I've been watching his channel for a long time also. And you're right he did a great tribute video for his father. I'll be checking out the other channels too. Happy to see Gracie is healing up nicely. Oh yeah, the burgers had me drooling🤤🤤, I'm on a bland diet and craving cheeseburgers ☹. Keep up the great work. Stay safe. God Bless y'all 🙏🏻✌🏻❤😊
Thanks Cory for another fantastic blazing sunset video. So funny when you tried to wake 'sleeping beauty Gracie' to give her snack. She gave you a look that said, you mean you woke me up just to give me these two pieces, LOL. What a precious friend you have in her. Thoroughly enjoyed this video. Cant wait for the next one. Thanks for the wonderful bible verse. Gives me hope. God bless you😀and Gracie.
Loved this and seeing you both back at the cabin. Hope the new project pans out for you soon and you both have a great summer season up there. It looks so peaceful and the tranquility reminds of how I miss living in my old homestate in God's country of the northern woods of Vermont. Thanks for sharing as always and taking me back home and sharing that serenity through your videos even if it's only for a while 💚👍👍✌
Thanks for another great video Cory! Great job on that cabin and I hope the next project pans out for you. Good to see Gracie healing up! Dale from NB88 is the one who steered me to your channel. It would be nice if that moose skull & antlers makes its way over to his cabin. Stay safe & God bless you.
Camille would be very proud of your efforts, when you going to start on the (HUT) we hunted out of it several seasons up river.bout 7 or 8 summers ago I spent 3 weeks repairing the walls and roof. the rolled roofing is still inside. keep up the good work Dave w.
Wow what a video. The drone footage and the audio was outstanding. It looked like an amazing trip. Much needed rest. Will keep you in my prayers as always, the new cabin build will come together. Thanks for sharing your adventures and enjoy your treats. 🙏🙏
Amen! Praise God we have hope that we will see our Saviour in our eternal city! Burden for lost souls is quite strong these days. Thank You for sharing your experiences with us. Love Gracie so much 😍 Ed & Irene from Guam 🇬🇺🇺🇸

Glad to hear you got another cabin project. Gracie looks like she healed up nicely and man what a sandwich!!!!! Gonna have to give that one a try despite what my doctor advises 😂. God bless!!!
Thank you for another fab vlog. I wish to be there. Yours vlog make me thinking ro slow down and relax. Love woodlands and the sound of it. Greetings 🇬🇧💪
I just started watching your vids and enjoy them so very much. Thank you, also, for sharing your faith so freely. Praying for you and Ms Gracie. Keep the Faith. love you.
Great package opening. Awesome presents. You should use the money to go to a thrift store and get a few things for the cabin, a plastic tote with a heavy blanket, pillow, candles, non perishables like bagged beans, rice, bandaid, things like that. And a bag of dig food for adventurous pooch companions.
That "cookie" is what we call a Round Tuit. You can no longer put of a job by saying I'll do that when I get around to it, because you now own a Round Tuit. My mother made one for my Dad many years ago from a piece of a Dogwood tree. She sawed a cut of of one, sanded it up and wrote Round Tuit on it , put a finish on it and gave it to him for Christmas. Haha Mom and Dad were both from Maine by the way. Sullivan, Elsworth area.
Nice mix Cory! Thanks 4 your time 2 share this vid with us! Your; 'Cory pizza-burg' looks YUM! Life is no longer simple = detour on your cabin repair. You have a VERY good attitude. Stay with 'Him' and you can't go wrong. We R now being 'asked' to; Adjust and Accept all that comes our way, without compromising ourselves. We R being trained up for the 'harder times' ahead. It will be BLISS, once the war is over. Hang onto your 'positive' way of life and you will be mightily used. Health and God Bless! Gracie, is such a 'good girl'! :)
hey friend, i watch ur show often, love it, im am Canadian. i also watch the outsiders, so sad to lose someone u love. cant wait for ur next adventure! have a great summer!, good night!
I really enjoy your videos, Cory. On this one I especially liked the way you shared about three other RU-vid channels. I, too, like the Outsider and my heart has been broken for him. Sr. Outsider couldn’t have it better, though. 😊. Take care of you and Gracie. ♥️🙏🏻
My husband and I love your channel. You are a great guy. We have an old log cabin on the St Francis/Allagash line, just around the corner after the Chamberlain Market. Today, we made the “heart attack hamburgers” you made in this video. :) Not something we plan to indulge in often, but we really wanted to try it. Oh, my goodness…yummm.
Well Mr. Ryder you have done it again. Yet another utterly fantastic video. Just over an hour of splendidness. < not sure that is even a word. Nonetheless thank you. I soo look forward to seeing you and Gracie. In a time of insanity, in this country, you bring us some sanity. Cheers to you and yours. 😉😇🙏
It is very interesting to see that you contribute by your interest and your skills to preserve the heritage of these forest camps originally built among others by French Canadians named Beaulieu and Marcel Bérubé.
Super! feel the love and appreciation, No blackfly dope? I can tell when the fiddleheads are ready for picking, it's when the blackflies start biting! 44:01 now i have to make a batch of pizza dough- yum
Enjoyed so much! NB88 is the channel that sent me over to you months back and I also follow The Outsider. Such an unexpected loss. Stay safe. Love Gracie!
Hi Cory, I'm new to your channel, but I have a feeling I will be a regular. Its strange how your night sounds there are so much the same as they are here in Kentucky. Except for our whipperwhills. I love the idea that you have refurbished,if you will, this cabin to allow anyone to use. That is a great idea. Thank you for your content and it makes the heart glad to meet such a nice young man of faith. Sadly, they seem to be a rarity these days. Keep up the good work. Oh, and I love that you share your life with a 4 legged friend.....me too.
I love your show, I'm disabled and can't get out to the woods / Nature anymore. My dog Denali 🐕 ❤️ loves 🥕 🥕 🥕 🥕 I have to spell it now or he will sit in front of the frig or go in the garden and pull his own carrots out. Keep your U tube videos coming. Be safe both you and Gracie Samantha and Denali
Hello there Sir. How are you doing. Love your videos. They are so entertaining and relaxing to me. And Gracie is absolutely precious. May the good Lord always bless you and keep you safe and healthy where ever you go
Hey. I started watching your video's a couple days ago when you were at the 9 mile cabin i enjoyed it so i subscribed great content fine looking dog Gracie keep up the great content. I'm from Newfoundland Canada love the great out doors here much the same as there i guess.keep up the great work stay safe both of you.
Cory, Thank you! I stumbled upon your videos as we were looking to purchase some land in Maine and build our own Cabin- even at 42 and 50 years old we want to be off grid and self-sufficient. I started with your recent cabin that you have to tear down and start over- I watched the whole process! You are certainly are an Inspiration to us. I love watching Gracie and chuckle at all her crazy antics- as I also love my animals whole heartedly and we also have one crazy Pup- Isabelle (Bunny Dog for short haha). I've recently started to watch more on the 9-mile cabin and its history and would absolutely love to visit it someday soon. I was hoping you could give us information on how to visit. Also would love to see more about how you construct your videos, and what you use to do so... Funny thing is, friends have always told me to start a RU-vid channel as I share so much on FB... so I recently did- and I honestly have No Idea what I'm doing- however I love to share the crazy things we do and where we want to build our journey together, so I'm trying... haha. I've even checked out all the channels you mentioned and subscribed to them as I love seeing people build their dreams into reality- to me that's what it's about. George and I have been together 3 years, both separated from long term relationships, and we are working on doing what we both dream of - together. Unfortunately, we are still trying to find our place in Maine, we are always shopping for the perfect spot. I love riding and have two horses as well and would love a place I can vacation to with my horses and off grid- but have to have access to water and be able to get trailer in, which has been challenging. Anyway- I wanted to let you know that you have inspired us to create along with finding God in our journey. I don't comment much but felt I needed to say such. I hope you are feeling better as well and Miss Gracie too. God Bless.
"Cory, iz need paper. Gracie why do you need paper? Must send pawtographs to my fanz in 'preciation. Some dawgs have it made, I have it mader! Christmas in May!!!
We just stumbled across your videos and we love them!! We have been trying to figure out the music around 52 minutes in. It sounds very familiar. God bless you and Gracie.
@@TheMaineWoods You did a great job redoing the cabin. Excellent work by a true craftsman and his loving companion. Gracie is a great moral booster, you to are very lucky to have each other. God has blessed you to with a comforting effect with people. Keep up the good work.
