@@EastSide_Motel im in the same boat as you and from my experiences, this game is making a lot of good changes and from what I can tell, it is in the best state it has been for a long while, but tbh this game is taken way too seriously, and while I understand that for Ranked, even Casual and Standard (unranked) is taken way too serious, so if you wanna just have some casual fun, I would just get some friends and do whatever you wanna do, or just mute the randoms because they are gonna be toxic as hell, but despite all that, I have been having a pretty good time with it, I'd recommend coming back and seeing for yourself

Put over 1800 hours into Siege before I finally got burnt out. Been away for about 9 months now and am feeling the old itch to come back so thank you for this video my man. Not being able to cook grenades is a massive disappointment and terrible change imo. However I love the Shield rework and the new operators seem pretty fun.
Dude holy shit this is exactly what I was looking for. I’m just starting to play again after a year and a half maybe two year break. So much has changed. Also you’re literally starting from around when I stopped. The last season I was excited for was shadow legacy. I quit early into that season and haven’t been serious about the game since.

coming back after quitting R6 in 2018 and I'm so lost right now. Every map is new and there are so many new operators. I was about to quit again because I was so overwhelmed, but then I found this guide and it was exactly what I needed 😁 still missing Kix tho 🙁

As a player that started on Operation Health I played for about 3 years then took a break, came back a year later, took another break, and came back fully in 2024. I haven’t had this much fun since Operation health and I’m absolutely loving it.

I haven’t played siege since brava came out and this making me so nostalgic 😭 my first season was wind bastion and I used to ride for this game but as I grew up I just lost time playing it. As much as siege makes me rage it FR was a staple game for me in middle and high school

I'll never forget how the time I finally unlocked Kali was the time they barricated the windows on bank. And the time I actually started learning azami one ways and pixel angles was right before they made them destructable with bullets.

i love rainbow six siege i played from year 1 to year8s4...it was a great run!me and my squad had so many highlights! the frag grenade rework broke my heart so i stopped playing in y9 but i might try it out again since acogs are back!! r6 siege will always be my favorite fps game

I have been playing siege since beta, have around 5k hours across all platforms and was diamond y1 and y2 but haven't played r6 since 2020. After watching this video i kinda do wanna get back playing it again
Siege has been and will always be my favourite game ever. Unfortunately after years of playing it, getting burned out and frustrated with the devs I stopped playing after North Star but I have always followed the game closely watching esports every now and then. I didn't play the game for almost 2 years but I hoped on Solar raid and enjoyed it a bit but stopped again as I felt I was outside the game for too long and didn't want to play catch up just to stop. The way I see siege is like a toxic ex, I have so much love for the game but for me personally the direction it took made me stopped playing it. However, seeying where the game is heading to and the overwelming positivity around the game makes me want to get back into it and get the og squad back and run back some good old rank stacks. Mr Brah, thank you. Not only for this extremely useful video that has made me even more excited but for everything you have done for this game. ps. it's really a shame people who are getting into the game now will never get to experience the feeling dying to a valk runout from a cam that someone recreated from your videos 😂
Played for a few years on Xbox, came back to R6 during the Steam sale last year, was absolutely flabbergasted when I witnessed a fuze use his gadget through a reinforced wall. Shit wasn't possible when I played so you can imagine the shock lmao
I dead ass found jynxzi randomly and it inspired me to come back. Havent played since 2022. So immediately I hit youtube to come here and get put up on game. And because coconut is a chad. He had this ready
I quit siege in september of 2020, I got back into it 3 week ago. Thank you so much Coconut, I'm literally so washed it's insane. We're making it out of Silver with this one boys!
Dont forget to mention that this shield rework made shields no longer protect your legs when crouched. Effectively removing shields from playing defensively
I left after they added Hibana and played here and there. It's crazy they added Acogs back almost like they should let people have more fun and they would have had this resurgence years ago. Great video much needed for me and my friends
