Unpopular opinnion: I actually like the BF1 grenade spam. Sure, it is annoying if you are on the receiving end, just tons of explosions and no where to hide, but it also adds to the glorious BF1-chaos, and that I really love xD. Also, it is fun as hell to just chuck grenade after grenade into a small room packed with baddies, and - at least imo - it is also *somewhat* realistic.
the problem with it is it slows the game down to the pace of a fucking legless dog trying to run a marathon and promotes overall passivity with like 2 people trying to flank total
