I, unfortunately, acclimated my last Bulldog to the vacuum cleaner. Thought I was being clever and could take care of shedding. Major problem. She enjoyed being vacuumed with the small brush so much that every time I tried to clean the house, she would get in front of the vacuum and lie down, wanting to be brushed.

I miss our 80 lb American bulldog girl, Dyna, getting up on the lounge chair with me when I was sitting outside. Was the best. In the same position as Roo. Must be a bulldog thing.

I have to say, Reuben is a good human trainer. He wins more times than, " Secretariat" lol When those big, brown soulful eyes look up at you, it's hard to say no. I like ice chips too, sweet Roo Roo. 🥰😘

There's an annually nesting birdie mama, got her eggs nesting right up on the door, dive bombing her because she's taller & easier target than her bully ! Well Being all ya'll owned by your pets...I mean pet owners ;-)

Just an FYI, my little 11 year old Gigi gets a cracky nose. I have used Bag Baum and it is amazing how gets rid of the cracks, sluffs off the dry parts. If Rubin ever has this problem try it. I’ve tried many products and Bag Balm is the best. 😁
I never realized how affectionate a Bulldog was until Reuben. He's like my past single cats and my two now. Have to be in the same room, next to me on top of me or waiting outside my bedroom door for me to wake up or following me or watching me between naps.

Reuben is so very lucky to have the life he does with Mike and Carol. All the love and attention he has had from puppy to now is the reason he is such a nice bulldog. Mine is a rescue, he is 6 and after being with us now for almost 9 months and getting similar treatment as Reuben does, he is really coming out of his shell. Thanks to you two for showing how it is done.
