Must say thank you to Sharon for NOT badmouthing Gabby when KC was growing up especially in her formative and highly impressionable years! Otherwise, this will not have the same result.
It was her Lola who had a big influence on her because while she's growing up, Sharon was so busy with her career. Even Sharon mentioned that in one of her interviews. But yes, she may have never said bad to KC about her dad, but there was one time she planned to change the family name of KC to Pangilinan. That was on the news before. It's just a good thing it didn't push through.
i gave credits to Sharon for raising KC not badmouthing Gabby. Hindi katulad ng ibang celeb na pag naghiwalay ay talagang akala mo hindi nagmahalan minsan kaya nagkaroon ng anak. very close din ako sa father ko as in siya nakakaalam ng day to day ko, but nung nagkaibang babae sya, halos gumuho mundo ko, kc nasira ideal family na nakikita ko growing up. Touching father-daughter love story. Followed the Gabby-Sharon love story until their living in Alabang, even had to take a peek at their house there, until I heard they were no more there, then got to know Sharon moved to a Makati condo with little KC, a few minutes walk from where I worled. Sad one but life has to go on, not only for them, but for me as well ha ha. Gabby, on the other hand, was a classmate in college. Weird how things were around me when it comes to idolizing Sharon since my teen years 😅 but the truth of the matter is that the world is really such a small place to live in 😂. So, as I grew older, I notice I was into KC! Probably seeing her parents in her 😊.

I, too, have a story to tell about my other kids from Japan, Switzerland, US, & Australia that haven't seen them since being born. I hope I can see & talk to them before my time is up. Gabby & I are the same age as I met him back then in Quezon City when you were talking to Sharon over the walkie talkie with your long antenna.
