The situation is that he is a criminal. He got Kaka without papers - probably from a poacher and he must have bought Mit from a wildlife trafficker. He admitted his wrongdoing and now the animals hopefuly will go back to nature. No more stinking diapers, clothes, forced upright walking and drugs.

That's the problem. First, the constant baths. MONKEYS DO NOT BATHE. THEY DO NOT USE SOAP. They swim when it's hot. The soap is damaging to their skin. As for being 'nicely dressed', do I really have to point out that monkeys do not wear clothes. They are wild animals, not human children. Making them wear diapers and clothes, take innumerable baths, walk upright and eat with utensils, that is all abuse. Grow up.

The Vietnamese government did do something. They righted the wrong. They rescued the monkeys from their captive who ILLEGALLY kept them as pets. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW IN VIETNAM. AND THERE IS NO PAPERWORK OR LICENSE OR PERMIT TO KEEP A WILD MINKEY AS A PET. That nonsense os all a lie.

@@cathy9076I don’t think that would be possible either. They would have to move somewhere where it’s legal to own a monkey . Apply for any permits necessary and then acquire a new legitimate monkey.

Please Kaka and Mitt are not “it” when refering to them. They are precious little monkey children in every way.

It is ILLEGAL to keep wild monkeys as pets. This man knowingly and willingly broke the law. Not because he loves monkeys so much. But because he wanted to exploit them for money. When are you going to wake up to the fact that you have been conned? There is no paperwork to file. No such thing as a monkey license. No permit for wild monkeys as pets.

I watch several channels of monkeys in the REAL wild and have yet to see any of them taking a shower with shampoo and shower gel and yet they have beautiful fur.
