Reuniting with Bodybuilding Legends at the LA FitExpo After 40 Years! 

It was fantastic to attend the LA FitExpo after being away for 15 years. I had the opportunity to reunite with old friends from the golden era of bodybuilding, whom I hadn't seen in over 40 years. However, it was quite challenging to attend the event after enduring a 30+ hour flight back from Asia.
