it is just so fucking hard not to fall into the dark space and if it hadn't been. for the intervention of teachers that loved me as well as my family then who knows where I would be. these types of videos actually help me, especially when I am getting that bad feeling and let me know that there are others like me that struggle with this and it is okay to ask for help.

I had no idea how much I related to this...I've never attempted it or attempted any other methods of it, but I get the thoughts. I have OCD, and intrusive thoughts are a big part of it. I cried a bit because of how much I feel this. Thank you for making this video.
