Very nice. I have and project both from internet for my license project what require microphone input, now I can use my old iPhone 5S earplugs microphone instead to buy an Arduino board and a microphone XD

Why do you used only PIN 2 of jack (right side) and did not use the PIN 1 (left side) for connect the M+ (microphone), please??? It does not matter what side to use, we need to choose 1 side???

Easy tip, If wanting to make a long extended mic cut off the earbuds and keep the control bit of the earphones you will have a mic instantly without having to do this waste

Its hard to connect it in desktop computer since different earphones have different way of wiring.

I wanted to reuse a laptop mic. The laptop was dropped from the first floor. I tried to get the things which worked the inbuilt mic was one of them. My job is easier. Just soldier the + to the + and - to the -. I just wanted to know which is + and which wire is -

how about a bigger condenser microphone does it work like I will use my damage ATR 2500 mic and connect it to wires like that directly?

Why would you want to? ATR2500 has USB connection. The microphone needs external power, either 5v from USB or phantom power via XLR connection in the base.

I guess because computers support 3 cored audio jacks but in the earphones, you always get a 4 core jack.

I am confused too... He put Mic/GND (Jack) in the M+ (Mic)... But the Right (jack pin 2) in the M- (Mic). What about the LEFT OF JACK (PIN 1) ??? O.O"

If you connect this way, the microphone will work both wiyh your smart phone and computer, because pinout of jack of Nokia and Samsung/ Standerd is different....

El cautín no lo es todo a la hora de soldar, asegúrate de comprar estaño de buena calidad y verás que no tendrás problemas, incluso con el cautín más barato que encuentres :) el ideal es 60% estaño 40% plomo
