What was the point of calling the medics if they were still killing the guy. You supposed to call the medics because you are concerned about the situation of the man, but if you still killing him why call them? The easiest thing would have been to let go off him, check his pulse, then call them based on the assessment of the situation. And the people knew that they were cowards so they created laws that shooting unarmed people was a death sentence for the cowards. Man I would be so upset I myself would probably join the riots lol.. As a Black man I'm use to not having faith in the judicial system. Especially when it's a cop killing and the victim is black and the officer is white. If the cop do get charge which is rare the charge is usually light 5 or 10yrs. But this George Floyd case is different. It's one thing to watch a video when you see a white cop fill a unarmed black person with bullets to his or her death. But in this case we all witness a lynching a slow cringe worthy death and watch a grown man cry out for his mother while he was dying. I can not imagine Derek chauvin be found not guilty the outrage would be intense even for me. And I do not want no smoke I just want to live my life but I would be lying if I would say a not guilty result would not effect me in some way.

Most Americans feel the same way. It was the worst thing that has happened on American soil. Whites have killed plenty of minorities before, but this time it was viewed by the whole world. Everybody watched a cop in America murder a black man with his face pressed into the gutter crying he couldn’t breath. Then we all watch the soul leave his body. He never responded to cpr.

I don't think that Chauvin will be acquitted. We people will no longer allow our further slaughter. Lincoln/the Union should have been a lot harsher in terms of reigning in Confederate influence/power after the Civil war. Because this did not happen, America has been embroiled in a kind of Civil Cold War for approximately the last 150 years. The philosophical divide is not just about race, but about moral/ethical values. Confederates /Republicans define material wealth as being equivalent to fundamental worth. Not only do they view black people as being worth less than themselves - they see anyone with less money as less valuable than themselves.

Agree, also I wondering has in Washington DC USA Congress and Senate come up federal police reform guide lines and punishment for police accountability ,training etc For law enforcement. The policeman need some type of law punishment for his actions of killing George Floyd. I am so happy George Floyd's family was awarded 27 millions dollars that will benefit his children and other family members doing their life time. So many families have not not gotten anything for police buritality of their family members killed and injured. The USA is not on trail ,the policemen are on trail involved in this case.
