Its not being a snitch. I was a 911 operator. We were told that a person's wellbeing was paramount. If a supervisor dismissed your concerns it was your duty to pursue the matter.

I've been trained in the use of force as a law enforcement officer for 26 years, I've never seen or been given any training on the use of force that involves any force used on someone's head or neck, unless deadly force is required to stop someone from killing another person. (The bystanders could have shot officer the officer for his actions and it would have been justified)

What was the point of calling the medics if they were still killing the guy. You supposed to call the medics because you are concerned about the situation of the man, but if you still killing him why call them? The easiest thing would have been to let go off him, check his pulse, then call them based on the assessment of the situation. Nobody argued they called out with increasing anxiety while they watched a man murdered. The man died because he could not breath with a knee on his neck and another on his back so his diaphragm couldn't expand to get enough air. This was murder.

I would like to speak about something that I think might be overlooked when this police officer was on, George Floyd's neck halfway through ,the other police officer checked for a pulse and told, Chauvin ,there was no pulse. You would think that right at that time they would have turned him over took the handcuffs off and tried to administer CPR., there was a EMT., at the scene . When the paramedics pull up he still had his knee on his neck ,they brought out the stretcher ,he still had his knee on his neck .I believe this shows intent causing discontent . In Minnesota you only do half the time when you're convicted I wish he was convicted of first-degree murder because that's what I see it as being . When this is all over I hope that family ,George Floyd's , family will give some money to mr. Williams, and that fire fighter . .

We have all seen the video. It is clear he was handcuffed. It was clear that he was out. What is not clear why it was necessary to continue to be on top of someone that is on his side, handcuffed, and clearly in distress. That is disturbing. At the very least they should have rolled him on his back, life his neck to try and help him get some air. CPR is what should have happened. There is no reason for them to sit there and watch him die, because that’s what happened. Really they should have let the EMT that walked up Render aid. George Floyd was supposed to be questioned for a crime, not die for a crime.

The off duty EMT worker tried to assist. The judge was extremely rude to her in my thoughts. It was clear where the judge sides on this. In my thoughts it is hart breaking to see this judge it seems that he fears the powerful EMT workers statements being creditable. I Think every judge bias should be questioned. This case further exposed America human rights to the world. There was no good policing in this case in my opinion. They want a mistrial so badly thats why they Selected the jurors they did!

Really? Because around here even lowest level restraints teach "One (knee) on neck, one on deck." I agree there's much better restraining methods that we know of especially in today's age with MMA being mainstream. But, that being said, there's absolutely no chance the knee on George's neck is what did him in, and furthermore you can't convict a man for just doing what he was taught in the academy.

Agree, also I wondering has in Washington DC USA Congress and Senate come up federal police reform guide lines and punishment for police accountability ,training etc For law enforcement. The policeman need some type of law punishment for his actions of killing George Floyd. I am so happy George Floyd's family was awarded 27 millions dollars that will benefit his children and other family members doing their life time. So many families have not not gotten anything for police buritality of their family members killed and injured. The USA is not on trail ,the policemen are on trail involved in this case.
This is an easy case the cop should have not kneed and stop a man breath. People begged him to stop and he didnt care to check.that cop should have stop there was no threat to him while in custody and hand cupped point blank

Chauvin was the police officer assigned to the building were I used to have a shop at, everyone in the building knew him by name, I only had a few interactions with him, just small talk, never thought he was capable of doing what he did to George Floyd, hopefully he’ll pay for his crime
