Very right in saying that companies are looking for character more than skill. Character is something you develop over a period of around 5-10 years through various events and experiences in your life. Skill however is much more easily learnt and transferable. “You can sustain your beauty through your character”. I think this a quote that will stick with us for a very long time. Thank you for this wonderful speech! I’m sure the people at St. Joseph’s were very lucky to be be able to witness this. And the spring festival sounds like a lovely event in the Naga region. Hope I can experience someday!
We Naga need more like Dr. Chang Because of his NGOs it has helped many elderly people get back their vision across the tribes in eastern Nagaland with free of course. Truly appreciate his noble deeds
What an inspirational speech. Wish I was all in ears at that moment. It's not only books n studies that matters this kind of social curriculum should be encouraged in schools n colleges. Hat's off to St Joseph n also to the utuber for posting this speech.
Rev. Dr chingmak chang is no exception when it comes to deliver/giving inspirational, motivational and general awareness speech on any given topic. Perhaps he is the gem of Chang Nagas. Proud of him for this wonderful message. God bless
Best college in the world keep up St. Joseph. One input i would like to add i watch every spring festival season so as to my opinion camera man technique should improve every activity camera man appear everywhere in the act. No offence 🙏
Finally after a prolonged pick of random third class speeches from diff chief guests, invited at programs held by the college, this one stands out.Or else ,money is the only thing the college aims at extracting, not the wisdom from the guest.
Might be. Today college education especially in our state is beyond unaffordable for many families. The government and the students bodies must intervene in regard to admission and fee structure as it's very expensive compared to other states.
@@y.c.ongbouchang7200 Yes.Exactly.Students in such colleges suffer a lot financially. This issue should be looked into .There should be certain relaxation in some areas of academic, which I deeply feel it is there.OR ELSE this is in a way exploiting the students, inflicting financial unstability, burden, and even psychological disturbance caused by a troubled state of mind this esp ,the ones whose parents are unemployed, are farmers, daily wage workers, or working in private firms that are low in income.
@@trashcustrashford9001 We Nagas don't actually know the way of being and living a self sufficient lice. Therefore nothing is ever enough. To lower our standards in living and to have a compromise with things that are out of reach.Eventually this will cut the over heads of the teachers and the lectures living in the towns and cities like khm,etc leading to cheaper rents run by the locals, and also not spending much on unnecessary luxury goods. And in such a way he /she can manage with a well maintained budget earned from the monthly salary, even though it may not be a handsome amt of salary. But no one wants to live in this way ,it sounds quite silly ,imaginary and therfore we have never seen the outcome. But as of me,I believe in this principle, and I also strongly hold that if we lower our standards and actually focus on building such a strong foundation by bearing the weight, the cost, and by stepping out of the snuggy comfort zone,we shall witness a favorable outcome very very soon in the years that follow. And im also just indirectly implying that the present govt. is still living in the forefather's era,who only thought about prestige,to gather and tell tales,as they danced, thinking it was the only essence of life.Bhenchod.To even talk about bringing a soln is a high level of embarrassment on the side of the common public like you and i.Paancsoo ekhla pocket te rakhi ena,America te picnic/trip jwoli kotha kori ase ho😆Hoisey!
