If you know the word of God and study the life of David you will understand that David was in Sin and Nathan the prophet was rebuking him, He told a story to get a point across of David’s sin. David was repentant and in Psalm 52 David said “create in me a clean heart….he went on to tell aGod against you only have I sinned. David didn’t say he was the man Nathan did. There is so much twisting of scripture, David did not say “”I’m the man” when he defeated Goliath …outright lies and blasphemy.
I think you’re missing the point. He acknowledged the sins, but he says he wasn’t sinless and he knows a redeemer, that’s the mission of the cross, that’s why we know Jesus because we’ve all sinned and fell short.

This man is twisting the holy word of God , David did not say he was the man. He uses the word that Nathan the prophet uses to rebuke David and adds his own words claiming it is Gods word. This man speaks lies to cover his sin. Instead of preaching the gospel he is hyping the crowd by justifying his sin.
