I hear voices in my head They council me, they understand They talk to me You got your rules and your religion All designed to keep you safe But when rules start gettin' broken You start questionin' your faith I have a voice that is my saviour Hates to love and loves to hate I have a voice that has the knowledge And the power to rule your fate I hear voices crying I see heroes dying I taste blood that's drying I feel tension rising I hear voices in my head They council me, they understand They talk to me They talk to me They tell me things that I will do They show me things I'll do to you They talk to me (talk to me, talk to me, talk to me) They talk to me (talk to me, talk to me, talk to me) All the lawyers are defenseless All the doctors are disease And the preachers are all sinners And the police just take the grease All you judges, you are guilty All the bosses I will fire All you bankers will have losses Politicians are all liars I see darkness fallin' I hear voices callin' I feel justice crawlin' I see faith has fallen I hear voices in my head They council me, they understand They talk to me They talk to me They tell me things that I will do They show me things I'll do to you They talk to me (talk to me, talk to me, talk to me) I hear voices crying I see heroes dying I taste blood that's drying I feel the tension rising I hear voices in my head They council me, they understand They talk to me They talk to me They tell me things that I will do They show me things I'll do to you They talk to me (talk to me, talk to me, talk to me) They talk to me (talk to me, talk to me, talk to me)
I just heard Jim Johnston's original acoustic vision for this song and you've satisfied my want for a full cover of this in acoustic guitar! This version just really makes RKO feel like a rogue gunslinger-esque character.
Thank you very much! That really means a lot. The original song is absolutely incredible so I needed to give an acoustic version some justice it deserves. 😃👍👍
Thank you so very much my friend. I'm so pleased that this cover has really picked up momentum and that you have enjoyed it enough to listen to it every day, it means a lot for me as an artist and to cover an original song that is absolutely brilliant and do it justice is a bonus. 😃👍👍
(I edit it again after listening twice) I really hope randy hear this cause is awesome!!! i come 2 years later just to say that this is so beautifull to listen, nice cover keep going :) !!!!
No good tutorials for this online. Your video + chords from some site gave me what I needed, though. So, thank you bro. I'd call you a legend... but I don't want randy to come ... well you know :) Thank you.
Thanks a lot buddy, I'm glad you found the tutorials you were looking for, unfortunately I'm not good at explaining chords and such like I play by ear. Haha yeah I wouldn't want to be RKO'd onto my guitar man so thank you for that. 👍👍😀
If I may be 100% honest my friend, I'm not technically knowledgeable on chord names, shapes etc, I play by ear so I generally just play the chords I think sound close to it's original counterparts. 😃👍👍
Thank you very much man! I'm using a mobile app from Google Play store called Audio Evolution Studio. You can easily multi track and layer vocals and instruments either through phone internal mic if you have a good one or external mixer plugged in through USB. 🙂👍👍
@hikagevonblitz8151 unfortunately dude I don't do tabs, every song I do I've learned by ear, I can't even read tabs or chord structures, huge apologies man.
I know Im talking way too much now. Im just saying Randy Orton was more knowledgable then we knew for picking this song. He knows how society really is peace man.@@willtreebymusic
@robertlaghiti7228 not at all dude, it's a pleasure talking to my listeners. Every wrestlers theme song matched either their in-ring persona or what reflected on their personal life, that's what gives each superstar their distinction to which as a musician, I can really appreciate the connection with each of them. It's like their wrestling/real personality mixed into one song. I think it's absolutely brilliant. Peace back bud! 😀👍👍
Hello there. As far as strumming goes you just need to find a steady rhythm that works for the song, if there is any way I can describe it try thinking of a metronome 4 on the floor steady beat of 110 beats per minute and strum to that rhythm. I hope that helps in any way. 😀👍👍
Hello there, sorry for not answering sooner, I had to look up the chords not too long ago, I play by ear and can't read music so hopefully this makes sense. Chorus - A - F#M - C#M Hope it helps. 😃👍👍
Hey bud, thanks very much, I'm not entirely sure of the chords, I play by ear and I mostly have to look them up, I'll try and have a look and get back to you soon as I can man. 😀👍👍
