Nice !!! What dealer you work at ? Sounds to me like you’re bike poor lol that’s not a bad thing 🤘you got some cool builds. You wanna make some cheap power you should buy the CVO ST front pulley and belt ! Your RG-ST would be a ROCKET SHIP !!!!!
I need to get me an oggadogga machine. Lmfaoff 🤣 Did learn an easier way to line up the slip on. I have a set of 4 inch tabs an a set of 4.5 Rineharts they both sound great Rineharts are on the sneak mode..👊👊
Hey Sean. Nice video I run 4.5 chrome works on my 09 Road king 👑. she sounds nice and deep I like the way they sell. That install you just did they sound good as well. I’m that guy that asked you about my gas mileage about three weeks ago. You were right I’ve been having a heavy, throttle hand getting 28 miles per gallon. I just did a group ride this past weekend where I roll the normal speed and got 38 miles to the gallon. I guess Riding 75/80mph everywhere I go, doesn’t help my gas MPG. I am still monitoring it. But 38MPG Has been the best mileage I’ve gotten on his bike as long as I’ve had it. Thank you for your advice. I actually need a new bike but don’t want a Payment That’s why I have this 09 Still. You have a wonderful and blessed day and keep up the great Content I’m loving it
Oh yeah ! I remember you! Glad I could help. I would love to have a new bike too but I don’t want the payment either ESPECIALLY with the way rates are 🤦♂️so I’ll keep my 07’ dyna too lol I hope you have a blessed day too sir !
Keep it going your doing great, and covering a lot of different things which are very useful to us out here, as word spreads of your channel you will get more subscribers count on it, appreciate what your doing! I have 5 Harley’s and I am running Vance and Hines on my 2003, and cobras on my 2018 and 2015, they sound good enough for me, don’t like them way loud because it takes away from the ride for me and my wife,
Thank you for the kind words !! Dang you’re bike poor huh ? Haha that’s a good problem to have lol I don’t blame you depending on the riding style a nice low deep tone is all you need. Keep the shiny side up brother 🤘
I have a 2019 road glide with vance and hines power duels, no catalytic with torquer 450. I just had an s&s 475 cam put in and sounds great. Enjoy your videos
Yeah depending on what baffle you get, the S&S pipes have a good sound. The only ones I’m not crazy about are the El Dorado’s they have cats built into the muffler
Rinehart has been around a long time, I remember Gerald Rinehart used to bring his newly designed head pipes into the dealership I started my career at Tilley Harley-Davidson they would do a lot of their R&D on our dyno…..this has been MAAAANY MOONS AGO LOL !
@@VtwinRevolution now that is bad ass and just saying I personally would love hearing some ole stories like that sometime. Its crazy the things that happen and no one would every really know besides the few that where there.
Yeah, the very first dealership I worked at was the reason for a lot of things Harley implemented back in the early to mid 2000’s. Like the 95” kit on TC and the very reason v-rod went from a 1125 to a 1250 the owner was HEAVY into racing and developed that stuff then Harley took notice.
Good video. I installed some TaB performance slip ons 4.5 on 23 road glide. The left one drips water on start @ the clamp. Do I need push the pipe on further?
There is also an exception to that rule as well lol, if your bike came stock with a SE style breather kit and you install mufflers….you DO NOT need a tuner, the bike is already compensating for the better flowing air cleaner. If you slide over and check out the stage1 vs. stage 2 video I talk about it there
@@VtwinRevolution Thanks. I figured the dealer was lying to me. Just purchased a 2024 Street Glide and had them install the same slip ons in chrome because the bike was to quiet for me. They told me I had to buy that also.
Havee my KW slip ons, Wedge air cleaner, and the dealer is telling me the DLC Harness needs to be replaced. Been in the shop two weeks waiting on the part. Bummer. BTW lay off them energy drinks, absolutely bad for your gut, taste great, but bad.
Dang that’s crazy ! That’s a main harness…I’ve seen the pins backed out of the plug and I’ve seen the plug itself damaged but haven’t seen the harness portion be damaged. Could have happened during assembly. Yeah yeah….i know lol
@@VtwinRevolution who knows, I figure the DLC harness is tapped into the main CAN BUS wires. Dealer is saying this is a separate harness. Will be calling corporate Monday to say WTF.
