Yes all your 4years of experience in ENT will be counted...here it doesn't matter if u do MS/DNB..as they only count the experience

There are various post advertised in junior/ middle grade/consultant levels. Salary scale of speciality doctor post and registrar posts are different. Therefore our salary will vary. If u join as speciality doctor you will be eligible for a higher pay than mine as per the experience.

Yes I do once a week on call from 5-12 am..but this depends on your contract ..this on call was already included in my contract so it isn't extra..but they pay accordingly for all the hours we do above the contracted 40 hrs /week

2300 is only because I started on 5th of that month and initial few months I didn't do any extra duties. After additional PAs itself the salary raises to nearly 3300 and that too after pension deductions, if u opt out of pension then additional nearly 400, then u do extra duties/ locums on top of it.. so this is never the salary we draw every month. I'll be sharing this in a future video. This is just my first salary. Hope it's clear now.
