Texas A&M University's official mascot, Reveille VIII, pays a special visit to one of her youngest fans -- Children's Medical Center patient, Rylynn Riojas.
Collies are the best! Their ability to feel human emotion and return it with love and support and encouragement is amazing. We’ve had the breed for 67 years. I started following Rylynn’s story last night. Prayers to the Lord that she now has health with the help of all the awesome doctors and nurses who are caring for her.
@@gracepuckett411 Bet for kids in children's hospital in Georgia it will, be like getting a visit from Uga the bulldog. Even though I am not a fan of football I love all dogs.
This makes me SO PROUD to be an Aggie! I hope every Aggie can live up to these kinds of standards! That little girl, Rylynn, has probably just had her dream come true because of Reveille and the Corps guys taking maybe half of their day to visit her. Rylynn, live long and prosper and GIG 'EM!
Right here is why Tx A&M will forever be light years above all other colleges in my book. When they're needed they rally to help anyone they can, even just having Reveille visit a young girl who wanted to meet her. God bless you Aggies!
This is what being a Texas Aggie is about. It's about service beyond yourself. It's about connecting and serving your fellow man in an honorable and loving way. It's about learning to give while you are learning academics and having fun at school. Come to A&M and you will see that this happens all over campus.
Awww Rylyn is so cute and adorable and it really sucks what she has been through these little ones at children's will tug on your heart strings but Rylyn is in the best pediatric hospital that has ever existed and I can say that because I was pretty much raised there from childhood to manhood. I know that whole hospital front to back. I can tell you where everything is. Cardiology 3rd floor X Ray 3rd floor when I was going there the cardiac rooms you stayed in as a patient was on 4 West then down the hall right by the elevators was Aikman's End Zone. Operating room 2nd floor ICU 2nd floor. Cafeteria Ground floor Admissions was on 1st floor. Psych was on 5th floor. Little tiny babies their rooms was on the 6th floor. Tell me I don't know my way around that hospital.
Rylynn, had a Heart Transplant, after they had to put a Mechanical heart device in to keep her alive toll heart came available. She did fine 8 years ago by now, and recovered. Hope she is still well.
