I really love this "how-to" video. It reminds me of the time I called for tech support and had to strain to hear what the guy was saying because he was blasting opera in the background. Lose the damn music. I didn't come here for that.
yes, even frame bag straps just from slight wiggle low pressure dug into my frame.. once they got a little dusty/dirty it only took about 150 miles to leave a divot. bars turning with most of the weight on the HT really going to create friction and dig in (ground though a head badge in a season with Topeak one (same system, flimsier build). Simple fix is a cheap accessory bar clamped on the handlebar lifting the bag from the head tube. Worked great but I did give up and bought the salsa cradle with bar clamps. no wiggle or bounce, no frame rub, no cable smashing, gives you space between the bag/cradle and bar so you can use the tops on a drop bar, and the bar clamp arms are about 3 inches long so you can angle you bag down low on a big bike or straight out on a small bike for more tire clearance. Not knocking this harness, I have one and two other brand harnesses and they all have the same issues. clamp arms with a solid cage out front fixes every issue with a bar bag.... not sure why bag makers refuse to use hardware and only floppy straps.
Where is the instructions to attach the egress bag? Do I have to have that other thing too? It just seems like way too many straps. I just want to put the egress bag on but when I put it on it's floppy
