Hi all I've a new exciting new build for my channel. A 1;72 scale ship model. the German fast attack Craft S-100 schnellboot, from Revell this is first revell plastic model ship built on my channel

Did I miss the top of the deck painting - quite dark compared to the Revell 057 on the side of the hull? Maybe the same 77 Dust grey on the bottom of the hull? Fabulous job btw - can only dream of your skill level.Thanks.

Hi sure Revell is a German kit manufacturer, and the swastika is band in Germany so natural the swastika will disappear from there kits

Nice job, very well put together and with masses of detail. But let down by one piece of detail that is missing. There is a glaring white blank area on the ensign where one would expect to see a swastiika! Is this some sort of bowdlerisation by Revell?

Absolutely Brilliant! Just purchased this model after watching many of your videos. I am not a fan of photo-etch stuff and see that you haven't used any. And the finished article looks great! Your weathering is excellent! You now have 363k views! Do you ever paint directly on the sprues?

Hi thank you for watching my video, I dilute my Revell paint, using Revell aqua colour mix thinner, about a 50/50 mix, hope this helps

@@Johnbuildsiconic PT-109, With the 37mm antitank gun or without. His next commission was PT-59. They took off the torpedo tubes and put in some 30 & 50 calibers along the sides, with 40mm antiaircraft guns, fore and aft, able to shoot on shore.

I built the strange tank It was made from many kit parts chassis of a jeep Hummer italian kit...... wheels of a Burago model a Ferrari....tank itself was tamaya model.....

Hi moxey. the rope had been in water for 5mins beforehand, I just didn’t show it in the video. The rope was very brittle

Great job!!! By the way, it seems stupid to me not to reproduce the German flag in a model as it was at that time, with the swastika. I know Revell doesn't include it. Because political ideology is one thing and historical fidelity is another. It is as absurd as if the color green were declared illegal and then the military models were painted with all the colors they had at the time except green...

Hello from Canada. Just found your channel and had to comment. I have an Airfix E Boat and the Revel E boat both still boxed up, plus 3 1:72 scale MTB's (Vosper, still in boxes.). I guess I'm one of those modelers who buy and "never get around to it" types. I'm certain I'll be envious of your build once I finish your video. Cheers!!

Sehr interessantes Video. Ich hatte damals das deutsche Schnellboot von Airfix, war auch ein schönes Modell. Was für einen Klebstoff nutzen sie? Der zieht ja unglaublich schnell an. Very interesting video. I had the German speedboat from Airfix at the time, was also a nice model. What kind of glue do they use? It sets incredibly quickly.
