Review of the 1:150 scale Revell Ghost Ship 'Glow in the Dark'.
The kit contains a bottle of glowing in the dark paint. ...Paint the model in several layers and put it in a strong light (sunlight) or lamp.
Well...let's see how this works in real life..
The box says; easy click and glueing not needed...but you WILL need glue otherwise the ship will fall apart...
An old kit but worth building it. It is very fun and easy to build but i don't recommend it for children, due to the many small parts.

You have to hold a flash light on it for a minut and ten put the light out it looks beter

The best glow in the dark paint is Lit by Stuart Semple ,its a powder that you have to mix ,but once you get it mixed correctly it lasts ages.

I just finished assembling the model, and I'm not sure whether to paint it with glow color or not. It looks rather nice as it is, and now that I saw how it looks painted, I'm not sure if I want to make it look like I came all over it =/

Do they still make this model? I had the same ship as a kid, about 40 years ago. I hung it on the ceiling, like the Flying Dutchman, and I watched it every night when I fell asleep. There it sailed in the night sky under the command of a phantom captain. Memories... :)
