Don’t know the price but I know the area and every home around it is multi, multi million dollar homes.

I heard about this, when they were building this house Leonardo DiCaprio was driving by and someone saw him and said, "Hey! Look! It's Leonardo Dicaprio!" The only problem was Leo had just filmed, "The Revenant", and he was in full beard and everything. Leo said, "Naw. It's Me, John Glass, The Revenant," still in character. So now its known as The Revenant Ranch. All because Leo took a wrong turn and stopped there. People say he was only there for a few minutes. Some people say it wasn't Leo, it was only a projection of Leo, others say it was a Giant Golden Eagle who carried a message it's talons, a rolled up golden scroll and dropped it while flying from above, the golden scroll was a little Note that said, "This house belongs to The Revenant". Of course this house is now a legend. Whispers of Leonardo's visit still go on after Sunset. Some say, he still visits from time to time...

And does the house come with the birds ?

​​@@chairlesnicol672 don't know, but it comes with all those Classic Cars left in that hella big garage. In the contract you have to agree never to drive or take them outside in the sunlight. Because of possible UV ray damage. They must remain polished and in perfect working condition at all times. If you can't agree to the proper caring of the cars you can't purchase the Ranch that has no Stable or Housing for Horses or Farming or any actual Ranch Animals of any kind, yet this Ranch, does contain a massive concrete Bonanza of a Garage housing Classic cars plus strangely situated additional rooms of Home Offices. I can't lie-the Office Space inside the Classic Car Arena looks a bit odd. I am thinking...Mega-Church? Sorry. Just kidding. It's really a Booming business for buying and selling Vintage Cars. I think.
