@Phixate the packet loss is a server issue, I started having it yesterday around 10 am CT in the US server. I have 5G fiber home internet and any other games run fine. I just got around to watching the stream late otherwise I woulda mentioned it while you were live. It's just COD right now man, sorry I wasnt able to say something earlier. I play on xbox and the packet loss would shoot up to 3% and lag like yours was on stream.
