Mercedes didn't sleep with Romeo to throw it back in her face. Mercedes made some good points about her taking the fall for everything Cher has done. Mercedes should've told on Cher when she had the chance. She was an idiot to let her off without any repercussions. Cher clearly didn't think that plan through. Her fingerprints will be all over that bottle. If the police get involved, (and they will), they'll be questioning and looking for evidence. Cher will lie about her whereabouts or the time she went over to Yaz and try to pin the blame on Mercedes. Mercedes was upstairs at the time Cher put that into the punch. Cher will slip up. Isn't there CCTV in the pub. Wouldn't Cher be filmed pouring the poison into the bowl? Besides Peri, Mercedes and Marlena are the only ones who know about Cher snatching baby Eva. Romeo figured out Cher was trolling Mercedes because of her saying "escapegoat" like one of the "trolls" and Peri figured out straight away that it was Cher who took baby Eva. So someone will figure out Cher was the one who poisoned the punch because she always slips up.

I’m sorry but these violent scenes are unbearable. Not because the “violence” but because of how it’s filmed. Why have hollyoaks been terrible at these fight scenes (or violence) since Harry Thompson’s death. Everything since then has been PG.
