This trailer is somewhat relatable since most modern people think that people with mental illness is crazy but in reality they're not. They just need someone to talk to. So I'm very much amazed with this PV!
I forgot to talk about this in my former ted talk vomit about the update a few months ago but her name is actually a reference to the abbreviation of "k.k." (or "k.u.k" as in "k. and k.") meaning kaiserlich-königlich (imperial & royal). The Austro-Hungarian empire during the Kakania's time was comprised of the lands of Austria and Hungary (originally Austria and Bohemia, but Hungary and Croatia were also part of it) Hungary (the entirety of yugoslavia included), as the Habsburg emperors of Austria also served as the kings of Hungary in a personal union at the same time. Austria and Hungary entered a compromise in 1867 to make sure that the empire would not be ruling over Hungary, but that both nations would be on equal standing. This gave rise to the abbreviation of "k.k." to describe the Habsburg monarchy in both its imperial (Austria) and royal (Hungary) positions, united. The noun "Kakania" was then coined to describe exactly that one unity in both statehood, government and (noble) society. The letter K in German is pronounced Kah - but yes, the term was also coined in reference to "kaka/caca" as in the infantile term for "shit". I want to believe that Kakania hasn't been named with the shit connotation in mind but with her being a Viennese, and thus a citizen of the Austro-Hungarian empire instead... Also I'm still very amused about the fact that she's got an extremely high standard modern German (we're talking of 1970s-80s and beyond Germany-German) accent in English and not an Austrian-German one (heck, they could have made her speak more like ppl in the 1930s and it would have been better than this), but that's probably just me nitpicking haha
OMG SHE'S EVERYTHING TO ME, I love how her concept revolves around mental health, identity and breaking the shackles of self-expectations (as well as others'). Will be certainly pulling for her ❤❤❤❤

Okay, am I the only who's going to ask what is a swindler? Cause the way it explained why she's called that was about how she snuck into a someone's wife room
A swindler is someone who deceives or tricks people using words to get possesions or money, similar to Tennant in the game. However the context used by the video is used as an insult to Kakania's actions of trying to help the professor's wife as her trying to get money instead of actually helping the wife.
Yes, she didn't seem to resist Isolde's passionate pursuit. However, she didn't express it very clearly. Due to her girlfriend's somewhat crazy and pathological nature, she didn't seem to fully accept this affection. In the subsequent chapters, Isolde gave her a piece of jewelry, which in the latest roguelike game mode is a prop named "Heart❤️."
