They're connected wirelessly to each other. The transmitter is connected to the reverse lights power. The receiver is connected to the lighter plug.

Should I buy a common easy cup or must say compatible with android I didn’t find any writing this

I think that is why they use a relay. When you put a 2 way relay when you are on reverse and the camera is on then you do not charge. When you switch out reverse relay goes to charging.
