🔑 The key here is to understand that the reverse hyperextension is good for strengthening the low back and glutes and could be a solid addition to your program, but is not the end all be all. Many people with very strong low backs and glutes still get serious low back issues, so if this is not addressing the root of the issue then your problem will not be resolved. You must buy this machine and do it at your home. Most gyms will not have this machine.

I’ve seen some chiropractors say you can do it of the end of the bed or the arm section on a couch

​@@therealluper1This. The front structure is literally just a table. For instance, if you have a sturdy kitchen island you can hide your hips at the table edge and grab on to the opposing edge. Use something like a chair to hold between your legs and have at it!
