Wow, do I ever like that grill. I am looking to start cooking with charcoal, that looks like an all around winner! Thanks for another great video Darrin.

yeah, I love that this grill can be a stick burner, charcoal smoker, and charcoal grill with lots of features! using it as a Santa Maria type grill with the adjustable charcoal is awesome!

Looking good! I have an m1 that I used for a a couple of years and it’s a good all around cooker. The m36 was just coming out at the time. I like the bigger footprint of the 36 for sure

Thanks! How do you keep the temp down to 225-250 range? Tried new M36 and followed along. Added one chimney of coal and then a few chunks of wood to the sear box and temps shot up to well over 300 even when partially shutting vents.
