When American manufacturing meant something……now thanks to many factors, all we can purchase is plastic fans from China that don’t last more than 3 seasons
This thing is a monster lol, and it's actually even as bigs as it looks , it weighs about 35 pounds and is powered by a 2.6 115 volt GE Vortex reversible motor . I knew I was lucky when I got it .
These are definitely good bedtime fans for sure ! I actually use it every night in my bedroom . It's amazing how quiet the are but they are efficiently powerful , I own 4 of these fans and they're my favorites.
It's too bad I can't put these in the window of my bedroom because it's against home owners association . Because I live in new house and I have central air conditioning.
