I was diagnosed with both lupus and Sjogren's. I do a low carb diet and so far, that has kept both conditions in remission.

My oldest sister had Lupus, Sjogren's, and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. All are autoimmune diseases. I have Hashimoto's myself. I found out that all dairy products were the cause of my autoimmune disease. I removed dairy and taken vitamin D3 at 20,000 IUs per day. My autoimmune disease is going into remission. The autoimmune attack will be stopped. No more TPO antibodies.

Hyper-nourishment: includes Omega 3s, flax + chia seeds; cruciferous vegetables, kale, chard, water, cabbage, sleep, stress reduction. Push them down in a blender. Goal is to over dose on nutrition to stimulate cellular repair. If possible, try to avoid animal products. Our guts are similar to herbivores. Make decisions on food based on how well it is working for you or the results that you are looking for.

My ex had kidney stones, I made him a glass of warm water with a tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar. He did it the next day again, then the next day told me he passed kidney stones.

She is a wealth of very helpful information that makes sense for all of us who have suffered from chronic conditions as well, besides auto-immune Hoping to get my Hubs on board with this since he went thru a bout of prostate cancer and also has chronic leukemia. My parents suffer from health issues due to inflammation and I hope setting myself as an example (I have Type 2 diabetes, hypertension and obesity) will help my family to make the decision to get on board. So definitely the green smoothies will help! I'm starting those smoothies today and doing the 6-week healing/recovery plan on my own but her YT vids are SO helpful on how to stay on track and I found her on IG and TT as well. Thank you, Dr G! You're such a blessing and gift to the world!

My sister passed from lupus at age 47. It was a horrible 8 years. I worst case I have heard of this far. They have come a long way since then with prevention & treating it.

I thought about watching this. But I was vegetarian for years. Various green smoothies got me through my work day, and a vegetarian supper at night. All it got me was overweight with a giant kidney stone, high blood calcium, and the need for parathyroidectomy. Many other issues like plantar fasciitis, inflamed knees and wrists, etc. A low carb, LOW OXALATE, ketovore diet set me straight. No more smoothies for me! I'll pass on this one....

what was ur first diagnosis before u got vegetarian??? i guess all bodies are not the same and has different reactions to some food. For example i heard all the time that fungus in your nails is because u got so much sugar and maybe refined food as a pre diabetes sympton so i was concern about it but then i realized many people that i know that eat lot of sugar, carbs, some over weight or slim, old or younger dont have fungus so why is that??? i asked to my doctor and she said that sometimes is about your genes. wtf????

I had a presence of a actress the other night in my apartment and the information was that inflammation could be a challenge thing to overcome if you are with depression and missing the person that you loved the most in your life so that means sad. I am a vegan, but I would like to look at your protocol more closely. I eat at least 11 vegies a day, but maybe some raw veggies would be better. Thank you for all the lives you've saved!! I have listened to another video from a doctor saying to avoid cruciferous vegetables because they cause leaky gut...can you comment on this please? It's hard to do the right thing if you get told different things from different people and don't know what to do for the best. Thank you!

It’s remarkable how conflicting dietary advice is. I personally can’t see how it would be possible. If you are concerned non cruciferous dark green leafys would also be acceptable as I understand. It’s good to keep variation in the greens you are consuming and not eat the same greens each day

A low carb diet and eating a variety of vegetables helps. Some vegetables are rich in calcium and iron. Identify such vegetables and eat a smaller portion of these vegetables.

I was dx and tx for R/A for years, then told i didnt have it and it was probably cancer. Three months later dx with breast cancer stage 1a, her2 positive. I am changing my diet today!!

I have an autoimmune disease and I get the feeling that if I had a £1 for every diet video claiming to cure it I'd be rich and probably still sick. They recommend just about every type of diet known to man and all claim to have 'proof' that it works. The only thing that seems to help me somewhat is fermented food.

Have you tried any of them? If i were you, I'd think of these as proof of concept rather than a prescription. Ultimately, no one is gonna know more about your body than you. If you give up on it without trying, or without expecting that you can get better, then you're really dooming yourself to failure.

The thing I like about these recommendations is that anyone can do it. No expensive supplements / laxatives etc are required. There’s not much money to be made from recommending fruit and veg!

This diet protocol sounds reasonable, and going to try it out. Thank you doctor! Please tell us, the best way we should clean the raw vegetables before blending? Wash or soak in water with salt or baking soda or both? .

This is confirming for me that how amazing I felt doing AIP was not a fluke. I’ve had terrible hashimotos symptoms even though I’m ‘in range’. AIP took my TSH to .95 and I felt like I was basically back to pre hashi’s energy, mental clarity etc . I already barely eat meat because I don’t really care if I eat it or not and it stinks the house up haha. Food is truly medicine .

Hi Susan, if you are looking for Dr Goldner she can be find via her website and social media handles. If you work out the macros on her smoothie m, with half a kilo of greens, you’ll find they are rich in amino acids (protein). Her protocol begins with 1 smoothie a day, the rest of the meals are as you would consume normally.

What about those of us with chronic kidney stones - trying to reduce oxalates. This concentration doesn’t seem ok. Maybe just avoid spinach? What else?

Avoid spinach, sweet potatoe, most leafy greens, soy, most grains, tea, etc, avoid lectins too which are in anything with a seed including the skin... Anything to stop inflammation, sugar included. Eat grass fed meat to avoid all of these.

You need to drink more water if you are concerned about developing kidney stones. 8-10 8 oz glasses per day.

I've had to go on a zero fibre diet full carnivore to heal severe acute IBD, got my blood tests done, all vitamins perfect levels, cholesterol is low at 0.9. All after 6 months of carnivore, now with zero IBD symptoms. There is simply no need to eat plants. My first healing attempt failed when I incorporated plants into my strict diet

Kale, is also high in oxalates almonds, most of what are called super foods. Did fruits, vegetables, etc, got unwell? Grain kefir dairy milk I find is good! Beef, organic eggs, putting parmason cheese on cooked veg, to help body release oxalates

You'd have to give the 'smoothie' a try to feel how long it takes to digest. From experience it digests far more quickly than meat, grains etc. In other words eating this way, you'll be digesting foods for LESS time than typically. Thanks

I have an extremely complicated scenario but can say after suffering from leg cramps/Restless Leg Syndrome for more than 25 years and needing pills it went away completely (no more pills). Cholesterols improved, weight improved (was never large), stamina improved, blood pressure improved, energy levels are much better. Digestion is the other improvement that is not even in question. The bowels just operate much better. Though admittingly it take a little time for the gut to heal and get there. A little bit of trial and error. After much thought and research into various diets throughout the world and some of my personal experiences in other cultures (Asia and South America) a lightbulb went off regarding whole foods, and plant based was something I was already practicing. It is so logical when any critical thinking is applied. We never think of where a gorilla get's their protein? Humans share much DNA resemblance with gorillas. I have heard it all where do you get your protein? How do you survive without being sick? Your gonna need shots? Be sure to wear your mask you will be weak. I can honestly say I am stronger, traveled globally during the pandemic as mask free as I could always be. I have also learned the protein narrative is a complete myth. 5 or 6 years ago I can remember craving a meat and cheese sandwich (ate half and got sick). I don't even think about protein and walk 3-5 miles a day plus the gym 2-3 times a week. Machu Picchu in 2021 people half my age could not keep up. I would never go back to eating animals and their secretions. Personally I would rather die first!@@FeverRadioLeeds

It hit me at 35-minutes. He was asking if we can continue to eat our meat and potatoes, and what ever-diet? And she said that eating is an (addiction) and we have a hard time giving it up. So, I concluded that our diets over our lifetime of 20, 30, 40 and beyond in years is what caused our Autoimmune disease to occur. And our not-so-good diet over our lifetime has us undernourished. Our undernourishment and our eating (addictions) has caused our Autoimmune problems. I conclude that we have to change our diet to her hyper-nourished diet so we can reverse our Autoimmune diseases. 30-plus years and beyond of eating hamburgers, hotdogs, fries, pizza, cookies, cake and ice cream, sodas, alcohol, and smoking has created our Autoimmune problems. We are all addicted to our favorite foods and beverages until we realize our favorite foods are slowly killing us. We have to include her hyper-nourished smoothies into our diets.... I have Lupus, fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, RA and alkalising spondylitis. My Rheumatologist prescribed Plasmoquine. I started last night at the expense of my cholesterol med. I felt very sick with acid reflux, nausea, burning tummy. I felt awful and decided to stop. I don't think I can stay on it. Please recommend a diet. I have a GFR of 67. My ANA is 1/320

Dr Goldner seems to have recovered many patients, including herself, from Kidney damage using the protocol. It can be confusing with so much contrary information out there I understand. This is her story and experience. which seems to work in many cases. Cruciferous has less oxalate than spinach etc.

I eat pretty much the way that she is explaining I have a shake like that every day I cover those essential nutrients I’ve gotten through breast implant illness where I had a well known toxic Pip brand that are recalled the silicon broke off and bits and pieces went into my collarbone my armpit in my sternum and I have a little lump still in my chest I have no breast implants any more but they were so calcified onto my chest they cut off all my muscle on my chest and the next day after the operation the Explant I nearly died because I had a haematoma rupture and then I had to have a transfusion and lost a lot of blood I’ve gone through domestic violence I had all sorts of pain aches from the implants and stress issues I got diagnosed with neurological functional disorder from panic attacks and seizures and whenever I eat cleanly strictly the way she’s saying stay away from high stress I seem to live perfectly fine with clear skin , and my colitis is completely settle down that I was diagnosed with over 10 years ago when I ate whatever , I don’t get sick even though and while I was going through all of that the only time I would get sick and have bad skin is if I got high amounts of stress or I started eating a bit of junk food or ate some meat occasionally and my colitis would flare up again I would smell bad gassy fart a lot , I would break out in a rash and pimples and as soon as I would go back on the health diet the shakes every day eating mostly raw food I would be perfectly fine skin clear up , considering everything that I was going through and I’ve got four children my older children were always quite healthy and I fed them mostly that way of course they eat junk when they go out to their friends and whatever I have a seven-year-old and a four-year-old and they’ve never had any bad virus that they haven’t gotten through like we had influenza Type A once we got through that naturally no medications my children have never had antibiotics I think maybe twice had Panadol and now they never get sick they go to school they’re around other children if they get sick it’s like you can’t even tell they just a little bit rundown for a day the next day they wake up healthy I just fast them a little bit I don’t give them too much give them a shake and then they bounce back and at the moment they haven’t been sick at all for so long I can’t even remember the last time and the only time they actually get sick is if there had a big weekend and there with friends there eating junk then they might seem like they’re a little bit rundown and then I’m just back on it keep them healthy and they bounce back so far so good . I got caught up with all this meat eating diet thing so I recently tried meat like a large amount for first time in around ten years before I only rarely had tiny amounts and as soon as I tried I broke out in a big face rash my colitis was so bad I smelt so bad I had head aches pains now I’m back on this diet if u call it that and my shakes and my skin is clearing back up not fully yet but getting there my bowl has settled back down not smelling so yeah I just thought even if this meat thing is a good thing I couldn’t do it with my bowl stinking over the meat and fish I ate and my skin was so bad and I just went nah stuff that I’ll stick with this so I’m glad to come accross this as it’s helped me to feel I have been doing right thing and I am again and stick to it and keep it simple and not get caught up in all this scare agenda and one good thing is I grow a lot of my food with out sprays so it’s cheaper for me then having to buy and find chemical if possible meat

What I have been learning recently is that all that meat, was detoxing your body from high oxalate foods too fast and you were dumping oxalates too fast. My autoimmune has lead me to eat low to medium oxalate. Maybe look into it.

it starts to get complicated since they could be considered two different approaches. Omega 3's in greens, flax and chia will 'thin' the blood further, which can be a problem with Warfarin. not sure what you mean by swing? you will get an increase in blood sugars since there is carbohydrate - normal. how much will depend on your position. The food included, if even consistently, will be beneficial for those with elevated blood sugar

@@greenolive5060 500grams cauliflower alone = 9.2grams of Protein. Broccoli 500grams amounts to 14.1 grams of Protein. Fruits also contain some 'protein'. I wouldnt be so fixated on this. Consistently replacing a meal with the above and you should see health and blood sugar numbers improve over a short-time period. Fruits are generally low glycemic with a few coming into the mid-range. However blended with a large amount of greens / cruciferous and with the addition of water this should further lower the glycemic impact.

I am going through end stage liver cirrhosis..stage 4..yes i drank but quit.tbh..i didn't know how much damage I was doing to myself..I was taking pain meds..but im on a low sodium diet..Dr said i need a liver transplant but said im not to sick to receive a transplant cuz my meld score is 12..im..off the transplant list. She relies on me alot..im her only care giver..when she got diagnosed with cp..it turned my whole world upside down..surgery's etc..but as a parent I took all the punches..now i thought I would get outside more often..but now I dealing with this crap cirrhosis..kids r funny. Dr Goldner is a best-selling author. she also goes live on social media regularly and can be contacted via her website. The program is essentially described in the interview, though you do have to listen closely. essentially 1/4 cup ground flax seeds, a pound of greens (prefer Cruciferous), fruit to sweeten the blend as a single meal.

Funny everything that she says about lupus you can listen to another doctor under the guidelines of fibromyalgia and explain the exact same tributes and when my I blow up no reason at all they said it was fibromyalgia the same type of thing she's explaining the autoimmune deficiency there's a therapy called ozone therapy that I believe will work right along with a diet switch or adherence should we say like getting off of fake food and eating real food like we were created to do yeah I said created please people check into ozone cellular therapy cleansing all of those toxins that they explain to you cause the flare-up that get on top of the muscles that you on top the nerves.. it flushes those out to get rid of the problem at the source

I keep getting oxilate stones from eating too many greens, nuts, fruits ECT. I have stage 3-4 CKD and in so much pain I can hardly stand it. I have so many symptoms of Sjogrens with cytomegalovirus, Epstein Barr and hepatitis under my belt that doesn't make me feel good. Oh Chronic Fatigue too. My niece has Sjogrens and Lupus and maybe MS but not confirmed..... I need help as my Dr hasn't helped in years and I'm doing stuff on my own. Just stated taking Black currant oil, cod liver oil, papaya enzymes and wormwood. I feel like my liver and pancreas as well as intestines are being attacked. I have tree in bud in my right upper lobe in lung too.I won't go to hospital because I have PTSD from very traumatic life events and I'm terrified ever since the Covid....oh and I have sarcopenia and not a muscle in my 71 yr old body😭 I'm feeling like death is at the door.

I find these level of videos quite damaging. Several years ago I went on a green smoothie journey to change my body’s misreading of pain. Day three, I could not move. My level of pain flew way beyond a 10 scoring . Scooter forward 8 years and I now find I am intolerant to Histamines - who would have guessed that my great desire was always for green leafy veg. Now I am unable to have them, certainly for now. My suggestion is- be curious about this kind of video, if you must, but if you hit pain levels enough to hospitalise you, for goodness sake consult a well qualified, experienced nutritionist. Green smoothies COULD BE THE VERY THING MAKING YOUR PAIN WORSE!

A woman in my singles group at church was healed from lupus by having a group of friends pray for her. I wasn't part of that group. Brooke is amazing. As I am basically healthy, I apply her recommendations partially.. I have a kale and fruit green smoothie BEFORE my normal plant based meals. This has the effect of reducing the amount of regular food, because the smoothies half fill me up. Her protocol works well. Tummy fat is quickly reducing. I have lots more energy. If you ensure you have high omega 3 in the smoothies from chia seeds, flax seeds, or cold pressed flax oil, then this revs up metabolism to eat up body fat.

Dr Goldners protocol works and is great. But you're wrong that it revs up the metabolism. It does the opposite . Your body is moderately caloric restricted with high nutrition; fast metabolism means shorter lifespan. #AdventistHealthStudy

If I tried to swallow a "green smoothie" I'd vomit and my IBS would kick off for sure. Better off with avocadoes and things I can identify. Verging on anemia it's impossible to do without red meat. Some people say just the opposite of this to recover from inflammatory autoimmune issues -- they eat nothing BUT beef. It's a maze and having recovered quite a lot with watching diet and responding to what I see, I'd recommend going a step at a time, a food at time. I can't do gluten or milk protein. Eliminate what triggers problems and keep what doesn't. I get acupuncture regularly to help digestion and it's a miracle. Inflammation is an amazingly individual problem. I'd submit to you that at the base are emotional issues that also need to be resolved stemming from somewhere in childhood. Solving that is key to getting well. This isn't purely biological or medical, it's also emotional and how your mind/psyche deal with inflammation and illnesses in which you choose to attack yourself.

We all have to make our choices. I refuse to be sick. Not willing to work through a mind thing about vegetable smoothies is a choice. I hope you work on it and see how wonderful it is to heal your body naturally. I realize what it does for my body so to me, it tastes delicious. I'm 75 years old, no illnesses, lots of energy, I exercise and live a good very active life without pain. All the best to you.

Have your homocysteine levels checkedto see if you have the MTHFR gene mutation. I do, and I think it has been the mystery culprit to many health problems, including stress, anxiety, depression.

Just found dr Brooke and am blown away. It’s 4 months since we’ve tried to adopt a plant based diet but still kept fish. Really tried since I saw the video two days ago to follow her and heal so many of mine and my husbands health problems. Lost our daughter 8 years ago she suffered kidney problems along with other things wish I’d seen that all those years ago. You’ve given us hope to repair. Thank you 🙏

im so sorry about your terrible loss. did you still keep fish. i am going to stop because of the microplastic and mercury in fish. my protein sources are very limited. i eat tofu and pumpkin seeds and nutritional yeast every day and that is my protein. some chia seeds too and sometimes walnuts. i worry this is why i have a connective tissue disorder in the first place. not enuf B and C. i have another disease which makes it hard for me to get vitamin B and C in my diet.

Many of the soils are deficient of minerals etc, for along time. Too much kale, spinach, broccoli etc, can cause high oxalates, or be oxilates sensitive, which can cause inflammation in the joints, tissues, pain, genital pain! Etc .....

Dr. Goldner's Healing story encourages my heart tremendously! I was diagnosed with a blood Clotting condition that even my Oncologist said I will always have this condition and need to take cancer meds to stop the overproduction of abnormal platelets, blood thinners, and Aspirin to prevent heart attacks and (another) stroke. That's NOT encouraging at all. But, after listening to this podcast, I am Encouraged! Just ordered Dr. Goldner's book, Goodbye Autoimmune Disease, and plan to be much BETTER and "Pharmaceutical FREE" in 2023! A few months left. Thank You, Dr. Goldner, for sharing your story of healing and how you accomplished it. I am GRATEFUL.

do take some care with the blood thinners. Omega 3s from chia and flax will also thin the blood. It's possible after starting on the protocol these meds may need to be reduced. Do make sure you're working with your prescriber as much as possible with regards to the medication. Wishing you every success and healing. Please do let us know how you get on. No change to date in labs. Still taking same amount of meds and maintaining. Still focusing on 'Hyper-nourishment' to get my trillions of cells healthy so in due time my body can heal itself. Also, still working on being consistent with my exercising. Thanks for asking.

@@FeverRadioLeedsI was suffering from low platelet count with bleeding in my gums, bleeding on the nose bridge and navel with bruises and spider veins on my nose and full body though being a vegan for 18 years. Something I read on the internet led me to eating pork rib steaks with much fat cured me completely. Take them as anecdotal info.

There’s plenty of anecdotal evidence that carnivorous diets heal autoimmune conditions… and there are some studies and more on the way. Theres like hundreds of YT channels with reputable dr’s talking about this stuff and breaking down the science, but unfortunately some of yall live in a bubble and echo chamber.
