Asics jolt is not gel based but normal running and jogging k liye achha hai, 4b is gel based and good for running, aapko jo comfortable lage rakh lijiyega

Bhai, Running me landing is very important, agar landing proper nai hai toh dikat ho sakti hai, parallel landing hone chahiye, aur comfort ke liye 2 socks pahan ke running karo nd silicon hill le sakto ho shoes me agar jada problem hai toh.....rest and leg exercises bhi karna achhe se...jab recover ho Jao pain se then only resume running or else exercise karna during recovery
Good initiative brother! Asics 5b is next model to 4b...Agar budget hai then you can go with Nike Pegasus 37...for half or full marathon all these models will work fine

Both are good for beginners level...If you are Nike user go for d 11 or if you have been using Asics nd comfortable with design then you can buy 5b, Nike 11 one will be lightweight nd stylish but asics one will be more durable

lower sole of Road Running shoes use to be little hard, but the gel inside middle portion does not let the feet to get damaged...you can go for some brand or upgraded model.
