Review - Assassin's Creed Mirage

Bringing more variety in games, here is yet another review from a franchise that is (almost) new to me: Assassin's Creed Mirage!
Having it's ups and downs regarding the experience, listen to my thoughts on the gameplay and story and feel free to leave your own comments about this game.

Slight correction: The kid is Basim's apprentice who was a support character in Valhalla. The protagonist in Valhalla is Eivor.

@@ChristopherBrekke You're right! I was kind of confused because I haven't played Valhalla, but it totally slipped my mind that Eivor is the name of the protagonist. But yes, the kid is supposed to be his future apprentice. Thank you for the correction!

@@biakamyuzu You're good. AC while it does standalone stories. The mainline games are all interconnected in some ways. So definitely consider starting from the beginning

this game was OK, but as an arab i enjoyed the accuracy and the language and culture was very authentic and cool. its like seeing a historical book come to life

@@gamerjojo4591 Oh, nice, love that perspective! And could you tell me if there were different accents? Like I said, I did notice a few words that sounded slightly different when mentioned by different characters, so was wondering if it was non native speakers trying to speak the language, or just different accents.

@@willyamalexandre8716 It's not my kind of game, but I've certainly had worst gaming experiences (Watch Dogs Legion was left unfinished in the first hours because of how boring it felt, I don't even have a review to show for it). This AC is what I consider a mediocre and repetitive experience, but I was still invested in seeing the adventure through. Just for the ending to leave me confused and unsatisfied.

It's a great ac game, but the combat is very, very bad

@@NateHiggers2309 I cannot compare it to previous AC games, because like I said, I haven't truly played/finished one before this one, and the combat is not bad, but it is pretty heavy and not made for you to fight your enemies head on, you are quickly overwhelmed.
