You are a great model Phil🤩. A fantastic presentation of the Hip Pack. For the price, the product looks great👌. The presentation from the car looked awsome, but it didn't look like the Shitroen I know🤣! Great video and excelent work as always mate. Ride on and have a nice week🤙
Cheers Christoph... Have no fear... The SHITröen is still well and truely a part opf the family.... But one does sometimes require something with a bit more style... :D HAve a great week mate! And keep well!
Fantastic video and review Phil!!! I used to ride with a hip pack all the time and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately as my rides got longer I needed to be able to carry more water. Also, now that I pretty much travel with two GoPros all the time, that meant I needed more storage as well.
Yeah Sage... I hear you man... For longer rides the backpack is still the shizz-nay... But if you just wanna plough through a short one, this is a lot better of an option... :D
We’ll done review. Looks like a perfectly sized and priced pack for those quick runs. Another great job on the video editing and commentary. We even got to see you with your “top” down.
Hahaha... That was just a little sneal preview of a video I have planned for later in the year... :D And thanx Mike... Really appreciate the support brother!
Cheers Monster... I'd not be able to use the hip pack as often as I do if not for the "glove box" in my bikes frame. Well... A hip pack this small I should say. But the set up works great if you can get away with it... Especially now that the summer is rolling into full force and the temps are well up. Not having a sweaty back all day is a nice change... :D
No... It was not... This one is a lot more fun to drive through the Alps.... #JustSaying Bring on Vinschgau!! Also though... Never disrespect the mighty #Goldwagen! Hahahaha
Sweet little pack! I really don't like having a back pack on when I ride. One of the reasons why I got a bike with storage compartment in the downtube, which I must say works fabulously! Only downside is sometimes it is a bit noisy if only half full 😬, so I have taken to riding with nothing or everything 🤣
Hahaha... Yeah... That is the problem... When I packed the "glove box" I couldn't get everything I needed into it... And there's always those pesky extras... Wallet, keys, phone, something to snack on... So this was a good bit of extra space without dragging a mostly epmty pack around.
Food for thought. I've been thinking about a hip pack for bike park days to carry a few emergency spares. Let's face it no one wants to walk down the mountain because of a flat that could easily have been fixed with a plug and a CO2 cartridge!
For sure... I have those basics in my "glove box"... But the size and price of this seems right for those days when a pack it too hot and big, but you need to be able to carry more than will fit in your pockets. :D
Decathon Stuff is often much underrated. I have a Snowboard and some Clothes and it works pretty good! I also ride with a hiip bag often but actually nothing beats riding without a bag or a backpack... but yeah than your buddie has to pack all the stuff 😆
For sure... I use quite a lot of Decathlon stuff as well. Does the job well at a good price. Not too much to complain about. Thanx for watching mate. I appreciate that.
I have to say i was never really a fan of hip packs. Until last year. I think it is more comfortable than a backpack and i feel more „free“ 😅 Hard to describe haha 😄 Nice presentation Phil ✌🏻💪🏻👍🏻
For sure Stümer... I know what you mean... It's also nice not to have a sweaty back all day . But they just don't have the same load capacity. So a pack is still needed on longer rides. But for the sjort blasts. it's a good option! :D
@@TrailTales Thats what i thought also. For longer rides i still use a backpack. But im the type of rider i dont ride REALLY big tours that often. So for the casual 1000 - 1500m tour the hip pack works pretty well for me ✌🏻But i think that really depends on the type of rider and what you feel comfortable the most with 👌🏻😄
Hahaha... You've taken the "E-Bike" thing a little too seriously these days... With all your extra ponies screaming under your butt you'll have to carry more than just 1 for me! Hahaha
I tuck my comb into my sock... Jiut like every self respecting MAN out there... And store my reserve supply of Brylcream in my left shoe. I thought this was the accempted method and a well known fact... :D
