The HoMedics Massaging Foot Spa with Heat is great after a long hard day! For a warm or hot foot soak and gentle massage put already warm/hot water to your liking in the foot spa up to the minimum/ maximum water level indicator. You can also add bath salts to the tub before adding water if you'd like. After you put your water in plug in the tub and turn it on by pushing the power button one time. The vibrations and heat will both start once you turn the power on. Note that the heater will keep the water warm but will not heat up the water. There is also a circular blue massaging node in the center of the tub. You may slide your feet back and forth over the massaging bumps on the tub as the booklet suggests to enhance your massaging experience if you'd like but I didn't find this necessary. Be very careful when dumping the water out not to pour water over the power button as this could cause damage. I found that using the unit for 30 minutes at a time was good and left feet feeling soft and relaxed. This has got to be the easiest, most cost effective way to take care of your feet, relax and de-stress. I used to love going to get a pedicure just so I could soak my feet and relax. Now I don't have to leave the house or spend any money!
