I recently started graphite drawing after I've been doing exclusively digital art since 2016 and I got a few of these from just a local shop. To me they felt pretty good, better than the other cheap ones I got, and I did like the difference between the B2 B10 and B14, but maybe I'm just too inexperienced to really tell how much different they should be. I'll defintely try some other pencils that are a bit more expensive.

They aren’t bad, they just aren’t the best! I still used all mine up because I refuse to waste a pencil!😆

I just bought the 9B and F today. First the price was better than the others. And were asthetically pleasing, as the others were kind of ugly! The F, I really liked for the purpose I'll be using it for. But, the 9B compared to my 6B Staedtler... The 6B glides way smoother, is darker without putting pressure and builds up better. I found you have to press quite hard for the 9B. I also had never heard of the Rembrandt brand before today. However, thinking that they're, German, I thought they'd be an excellent product 😔. I wish, Australia, had more variety to choose from. I mostly do digital art. But I love sketching out loads of ideas on paper with two decent pencils.

@@Lzmstudio I have not come across an Australian made pencil brand... Though, I haven't been to a proper art supplies store in some years to see a bigger range of products. By doing a google search I assume there isn't 😢.

The only product that I would now suggest, as you did and thanks again for that! is the Lyra Kneaded eraser!!! It's by far the best kneaded eraser out there!..a weird thing though, behind the box says: Germany, then it says made in China and under the barcode, it says Daler Rowney-United Kingdom ! I understand the Germany and the China, I can't figure out why on earth it also says Daler Rowney-United Kingdom!! ??? But who cares?!! It's so great, that I'll get another for back up! I already got rid of all the other kneaded erasers I had, which where from some of the best brands! (Staedtler makes the worst in my opinion) Thanks again,cheers!!

@@Lzmstudio It also has another 3d brand name on called Fila! So it has 3 different brands and 3 different countries mentioned on the sticker under the box! That's very odd indeed!

Thanks for the video!. I just thought of buying lyra art design but i couldn't find much reviews about it. After watching your test, I have decided to buy it. I think these pencils are specifically made for realism especially for those who like to draw the subject in daylight setting. That's what i think.
