It is very loud but I wish they'd included a tube-fusion design. I'd have paid a hundred dollars more for a more tube like warm sound when playing rock. It sounds good as it is but it could have been fantastic.
Question to experts: which speaker will have better voice quality: Marshall Stanmore II or regular soundbar with subwoofer (like Denon DHT-S316 or Samsung HW-N650)? I will appreciate your feedback.
I have 2 that I use at work, if you put 2 of these in your living room I hope you have distant or friendly neighbors 😎these things rock🥳I would get evicted😂
I have a stanmore multiroom aswell as a stanmore.. The multiroom volume is low from one to eight well as the stanmore is quite loud even at 3 4 5 volume.. can u help me fix mine multiroom. The volume is very low
Great video ! Can you please compare the Stanmore 2 with the Stanmore multi room ? I don’t know what to buy. I saw the other video that you made with de multi room option but i don’t understand the differences between one or other !!!!! Can you tell me ? What is the best to buy, I don’t care about de money, just sound quality and functionality’s!!!!
The main difference is how you connect. The WiFi multi room one lets you connect to multiple at the same time as well as play back using AirPlay or Chromecast. This one uses Bluetooth rather than WiFi. But, it is newer than the Multi-Room we reviewed, and sounds a little bit better
Fuller sound, a bit less bass, louder. Doesn’t have quite the crisp edge on highs like the HomePod. HomePod seems more tuned to party music while this does best with rock or metal.
Well, it's more of a high quality music speaker. Hence, the aux input, and it's ability for Qualcomm aptX. I've never seen the stanmore, or most other Bluetooth speakers, being advertised for watching videos. Although you should get pretty much zero audio syncing issues if you use the aux or rca inputs.
freebandz f definitely go find something else for hip hop. This speaker is made specifically for rock music and other genres that are not bass heavy. If your looking for bass focused speakers that sound better with Hip Hop check out Sony, they have some pretty bassy speakers.
Stanmore II speaker is small and sounds small. Best suited to a small listening area like a dorm room or small apartment. Sounds OK at low volume but needs high volume to fill room with sound. Distorts at high volume. Cant handle heavy base anything. Quite a waste of money. Wish I did not buy this. Everyone giving good reviews must be listening to an old am clock radio before this... Real review, real disappointed owner here.
