My first time trying the Masarrat Misbah Silk Foundation did not go so well but it's a product everyone raves about so i wanted to give it another chance, and do my best to make it work this time.
The results are for all of you to see. The purpose of this video was just to give you guys all the information I could about the product on the basis of my experience with it, and leave the final decision up to you on whether or not this is something you want to try out.
Ofcourse it goes without saying that makeup sits on different skins differently, and what works for me might not work for you and vice versa. :)
Product Details:
Moisturizer: Cetaphil
Primer: Mac Prep and Prime
Masarrat Misbah Silk Foundation (Shade Almond and Nude- I used Almond in this video)
Masarrat Misbah Shell Bronze blush
Masarrat Misbah Matte Lipsticks (Zoay, Queen Bee and Tiger Lilly)
Loose Translucent Powder: Coty Airspun
Highlighter: Revlon Colour Stay- 010 Brighten
Special shout out to New Artist Cosmetics Eye Pigment (they call them Beamshells) in the shade 010.

And these reviews! My God. They literally answered every question. I was like "why not try putting concealer on it" and you did. "why not try baking" and you did. "why not let it be there on your face for more than a few hours" and you did!

By the way I need to ask a (silly) question, if one has accidently bought a lighter shade of a full coverage foundation than their actual skin tone, can it be used in place of a concealer?

If it’s super full coverage, definitely. You could also use it to highlight the center of your face :)

Hahahaha I’ll tell you right now: TOO many! 🙈 Selling off some of them as well. Just the ones I haven’t used much. Storage is becoming a bit of a problem 😭

Ok shayan kindly tell me which foundation suits on you well for dry skin .... As i have dry skin in winter. .. what's your recommendations .... Secondly blush on ... Should i buy this blush on or beautify by amna blush on ... Whixh one is best? Kindly let me know thank u :)

I love the loreal true match if you want a drugstore foundation. The Maybelline dewy and smooth is also great! And I usually stick to cream blush as well during the winters since my skin is a desert.

It’s just not the best for dry skin like mine because on me it was pretty drying and cracked . But if you’re oily i think this is a great option for you! 👍🏻

They have changed the formula completely. I have bought it when the price was 1450 and it was just launched. My shade was nude and i loved the foundation. Then last year that bottle fell and broke so i need to buy another one in same shade. The price was 2250 and the formula was completely changed. Its not full coverage any more. Its oxidized heavily that after applying in few minutes i appeared darker literally sanwali type appearance. It starts melting around my mouth and nose area and pores become largely visible although i prep my skin with neutrogena moisturizer, bba primer and using the pressed powder over foundation plus spraying the nyx matte finish setting spray. But its not working for me anymore. So i now switched to another brand now

Aahh I was just looking for it to buy and now I'm all confused. Like btw Maybelline superstay and mm silk. I have acne marks and I need a full coverage daily wear foundation. Can I get some help

@@imbusy2521 i think you should go for LA girl pro matte foundation or makeup revolution foundation. Both have good coverage and good for oily skin. Although maybelline super stay is also high coverage and good for oily skin but it oxidise too much. Like i used one shade lighter but it gets oxidize and make me skin darker after sometime. You can check the reviews of maybelline super stay

Hina Naz yes. This wasn’t a natural makeup look :) If you want to see a natural makeup look I have another video called “my everyday makeup”- or something like that. :)
